The place is absolutely great. The location of hotel is close to the railway station, city center and 15 minutes from UT by public transport. Room is stylish, clean, the bed is comfortable, the lights are conveniently automated, the electronic keys work as expected, internet connection is stable and suitable for work. Would be nice to have breakfast options on the spot or a mini fridge in the room. PS The mirror in the room with its lighting is absolutely stunning!

The place is recently renovated and located in an area with ongoing renovations, so, dust is in the air, be careful if you have allergies. It was a little bit too noisy at night from the corridor, no coffee cups in the morning, but it was a minor inconvenience.

The whole automated and digital process was seamless and the process was excellent. It was fuzz free. Room had enough amenities and space. Appreciated the coffee on site. Thank you

Signage to find the hotel is needed. Due to the construction nearby and the location away from the main road I missed it twice. I also didn't know where to park the car so I parked along the small road outside the hotel.

The location of the hotel was very close to the train station and city center of Enschede. A quite clean and well organized hotel. It was supper silent. It managed unmanned and no reception but very helpfull and responsible customer service who answer the requests properly. Location is close to the best restaurants of Enschede and suppermarket.

Good 2 know: You don't need a credit card if booking via booking.com Absolutely phantastic place. Everything works perfectly smooth. The solution to the access keys is innovative and I love it. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and has a really nice shower. The location is also great, directly next to the station.

the mattrasses are quite hard, which makes sleeping not so comfortable

Very beautifully decorated and lovely designed interior. The flexibility of the checkin over the keys on your phone is really useful and we really appreciated it since we arrived late at night and no other place would have worked out. Additionally surprised by how nice and modern everything was.

only 5 minutes to the city center, windows can be opened, everything was very clean.

it says "unmanned" hotel. Actually someone comes and cleans your room. So make sure you don't leave a total mess, when you leave the room in the morning;-)

I love the place, safe and all you need like grocery and restaurant are just nearby. Very accommodating staff when you call them for assistance

sometimes coffee machine doesn’t work

It was near the centre, clean and reasonably priced.

I found the mattress too springy and i couldn’t turn off the air conditioning and it woke me up at night

The room had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable

The blank wood could give splinters if you don't look out. The vending machines were empty. The million updates about name changes were annoying.

It was clean & central and the service is really good.

The Bathroom is strange decorated, as the sink is outside and the shower is separate from the toilet.
