Location , plenty of parking , good selection of restaurants , generous size room comfy bed

The beach house restaurant (Breakers) was closed for a private function on Saturday night, we walked down there to eat & found this out , would have been nice to have been notified in advance. PARKING CHARGE - 99% of the guests arrive by car but you have to pay 17.5 euros a day for the first 4 nights ? rip off Great Breakfast but 35 euros per person - Excessive I felt i should have made a packed lunch in order to get some value! Were english & enjoy a cup of tea but the cups provided are for a shot of coffee, asked at reception for mugs but they offered nothing - so at a 5 star hotel we had to go out & buy two mugs - ridiculous

I had to put a colleague/friend from Kenya and her daughter plus a friend in here because some work on my home had overrun. We booked two nights and the hotel were very helpful in extending for another two. The two girls were absolutely thrilled to be in such a fine hotel and loved their stay as did my colleague. The staff were incredibly helpful when I needed to extend twice plus letting me use the lounge to take a work call. Would definitely use again.

Nothing - all was what we wanted

Great Location, Very Relaxing, Great Staff, Fantastic breakfast.

No coffee cups in room, coffee capsules not replaced after first day, room service had to be reminded 3 times. Saturday night, dinner outside terrace restaurant, white wine bottle was brought up from breakers and took a while and was warm. Young girl serving then started to open the bottle with no wine glasses on the table and also no ice bucket. We are also had food in the breakers restaurant on the Friday, and the feeling we had from those 2 nights was that… great food, but very young inexperienced staff ( who are doing their best ) but are not experienced enough when it comes to a 5 star expected service.

One of the most famous 5 star hotels in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 where famous guests (Presidents, Sporters, Rock Stars etc.) have stayed. Last weekend we had the chance to stay in this phenomenal and luxury place and enjoyed it to the max. Great atmosphere, Service like you expect in such an hotel en large and clean rooms.

The rooms might need a little upgrade - it is a little outdated.

Friendly, attentive staff. Well-appointed room. Dog-friendly. Air conditioning worked very well. Pull-out sofa bed was nice for our kid. BLT Restaurant was nice for dinner and watching the sunset.

Our room was next to the elevators, which were unusually loud. They sounded like they needed maintenance.

the view, even we were not able to get the beach view, still was nice rooftop room with the city view, and the breakfast view to ocean was great. perfect parking. nice bar. great michelin restaurant. the soa was kind a ok, but needs renovation and more choices.

all was ok. spa mentioned in likes, but needs modernization/improvements. got upset, when my wife asked if we can stay 1h longer than checkout rules, as she needed to solve some her issues, and the guy was kinda strict and unpleasant.

It's a nice hotel and the staff are pretty friendly. We had a lovely dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant onsite, LaTour. The beachfront restaurant, Breakers, has nice ambiance and a good menu too. The room was fairly comfortable, but a bit dated.

The quality is a bit lackluster for a 5-star hotel. It feels rather dated and the rooms are pretty simple, not exactly luxurious. Nice enough, but expensive for what it is.

The location was perfect. We were very close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants were near. The restaurant offers a beautiful view to the sea. The hotel is very comfortable and chic. Nice staff !

The swimming-pool is quite basic and old-fashioned. Too many people monopolized the only working sauna so we didn't have the possibility to enjoy it...

The location, of course, on the dunes is outstanding. We also loved what is essentially a "grab and go" room service breakfast, with a very broad variety of items delivered in a picnic basket. Food was very good, but we felt choices were limited. The champagne bar is wonderful, but closed on Sundays. We stayed in early April and liked it enough that we came back for another weekend in May!

I applaud their sustainability efforts, but really, glass water bottles? Very impractical. The liquor and wine selections are pretty limited, and the overall feel of the hotel is of a stuffy old place your grandparents would love. Well, we're grandparents and we love it, but it doesn't have a "young, vibrant" atmosphere. Also, despite the great location, it's still a long way to the beach and a significant climb back to the hotel. My wife has limited mobility and could not manage it.

Fantastic place to stay by the beach. It was our wedding anniversary - a welcome card was left in our room and the dressing up of our breakfast table was very touching. An easy place to stay with the most incredible views.

The terrace bar was closed at 9pm - however we were able to take drinks outside to enjoy the evening view.
