The room was really spacious and super clean. It had tea and coffee amenities which was also nice. All in all, I'd call it as a pretty basic hotel experience, but I got everything that has been promised and it was all decent and exactly as described. And the location is perfect if you're aiming for the beach.

I wish there was a minibar or at least a bottle of water in the room. Also there were zero amenities such as a shower cap, cotton buds, sanitary bags etc. So be prepared to bring this with you if needed.

The plug for the sink would not close. When i used the sink for wet shaving i had to waste water by running the tap.

The shower had poor drainage. If the floor had a slight incline towards the drain it would be excellent. Residue water from morning shower was still there 24 hours later. Coffee machine had no instructions. I wasted 6 pods before i was able to have a coffee. Also, i had to mop up all the water from coffee machine.

Beautiful and central location. The staff are friendly and approachable. The suite is amazing! Comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, good views of the centre... just a perfect room to unwind and relax. Breakfast was really good too, plenty of choice. If you need to get away for a night or two, I'd definitely recommend booking this place!

Just some small things missing that could improve the experience: a bathrobe, a small fridge and the shower could really do with a door in front of it so the water doesn't go everywhere

the location is perfect, the bed was really comfortable, and the man working at the front office was very kind. When I made the reservation I was afraid of the noise the trams and traffic might make, however I couldn’t hear anything in my room which was great.

I thought that the toilet could be cleaner but it didn’t really disturb my stay, the room was still very nice.

The breakfast was great. The room rate was not cheap compared with other hotels in Scheveningen but it seems the hotel gave us a room upgrade. The inside of hotel was modern and new, both the gust room and public areas such as lobby and restaurant.

We turned off the air conditioner but somehow it seemed still working. The room was a bit cold during the night.

Location, cleanness, breakfast, room facilities and service at the reception were very good

The matrasses were too soft and the pillows were too big (high), but I guess it's difficult for any hotel to please everyone in this respect

Very convenient location, very close to the beach. The sea is not visible though. The bungy, the zip-line and the wheel are "must do"! ;) The room was clean and cozy, quite spacious for single me. Stable wi-fi, plenty of electric sockets, a shower, a bath, a coffee machine. Breakfast was awesome, all food was fresh and delicious!

Soap dispensers can easily lose their nozzles.

miscommunication about early check in, it’s from 1pm whereas I was told 11am was ok if I paid extra for early check in (which I did pay €15 extra but still had to come back later as room wasn’t ready)

Clean, comfortable and helpful stuff

Hotel parking was full, so we received a voucher for discounted parking, but it was ~12min walking. Hotel is close enough to beach, but not near the sand. All parking in the area are very expensive

Nice breakfast, excellent location, good value for money, and glorious tub

Safe did not seem to work, and bed could have been more supportive ( or I could lose a few pounds…😜)
