The student staff really seems to try their best and because they are at the start of a carrier path they chose, most seem to have passion and joy you frequently miss in most hotels nowadays. It was quite refreshing actually. There was even a friendly handwritten note from houskeeeping. Location is good to, but the best feature is the fresh and friendly staff. :-)

A bath and a few more facilities would be nice, but since it is a teaching hotel... it is fine the way it is I suppose. The beach is very close and there is plenty to do just a stone throw away. Since it is a teaching hotel with limited facilities I would reduce the price slightly. They could really do with a little bit more of an elaborate breakfast, by adding some common hotel breakfast items like scrambled eggs, fried bacon etc. It was a bit 'basic', but overall it was satisfactory for me personally.

The location is amazing and very near to the beach and the breakfast was very nice but for us the best part was the hygiene in the hotel. It was very clean, nothing was dirty looking or moldy and the restrictions to covid-19 were also on point and not annoying. The other amazing thing was that there was a problem with the safe but the staff was really nice and calm and helped us out immediately. So yeah 10/10 and we definitely would like to go back there someday.

At first it was kinda tricky to find because you could get tricked by the near location of the university but that was mostly our fault.

Everything excellent. Nicely styled room. Clean. Great selection of teas, coffees and complimentary water.

Breakfast was a bit limited and would have been nice if it finished a bit later. Being picky, I like to have hooks on the back of the bathroom door and there wasn’t hanging room for longer items of clothing.

Great location, great staff. Our room was well appointed, nice extra touches, and very comfortable.

Steep staircase to main entrance-glad they have a small elevator to take you to main lobby

The staff were fabulous. Parking easy and affordable. Short walk to the beach & amenities. Definitely one of the best run hotels i've stayed in & i'm fortune enough to have stayed in a variety of hotels in a variety of countries. Thank you Skotel so much 👍

Nothing. It was excellent.

The staff was nice, and did what they could to help us connect to the WiFi that was not up to expectations the first evening.

The WiFi and internal telephone did not work the first evening.

Location was great. Although we had breakfast included we only eat there once. And that was our mistake because it was very good.

Very thing was fine.

Good location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable, clean rooms with a coffee/thee bar. I arrived 5 hours earlier then the check in time. They get my room ready as soon as possible and didn't charged any extra fee. What a service!

Breakfast was perfect, there was enough choice for everyone. Whenever something was empty it was replaces quite quickly.

Only thing to argue about was the 'soberness' of the bathroom. It was a little left behind compared to the state of the room. The bathroom mirror was a little to far behind. The other thing was that the fire-alarm went off for a minute, and no-one informed us if it was an error or not.

Very nice staff, very large and modern rooms with coffee and tea etc. The breakfast was very good as well and everything was served in glass etc. (no plastic)! Very quiet rooms and very good beds!
