The room was fine. Comfortable bed and quiet for sleeping. Pretty much as described.
When we arrived there was no one there . A sign said come back in 30 minutes yet another guest had been waiting over an hour. For the price, that was disappointing.

Good to overnight on Airport so no rush the following morning
Absolutely no sign or any indication where to go ..walked up and down looking for any signs and since it was late evening not many people around to ask. So please..a couple of signs to show the way would be great! No hot water in the shower in the morning

I booked at the last minute, after arriving at AMS with a long layover ahead. I had no trouble booking online. There is an attendant there 24/7, who checked me in and gave me the basic info I needed. The room was as expected; quite small but clean and perfectly adequate to my needs. Various types of outlets were available in the room for charging all my devices. The bed was comfortable. Privacy and security of the room were good. I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep and would recommend this facility.
Just one nitpick: I booked online without realizing there was a fixed checkout time of 7 am associated with my overnight booking. The attendant advised me of it when I checked in. I didn't think at the time to ask about extending my checkout time, which I later learned can be done at checkin for an hourly fee, and he didn't mention it. I wish he had. I also learned that if you book directly with Yotel, you can choose checkout time at the time of booking.

It was a last minute booking as I realised that public transport in Amsterdam was stopping at 8 pm on 31st December so the room save me. The cabin is quiet and having my own toilet was good.
Very expensive but it was a last minute booking. The instructions to get to the hotel are clear EXCEPT missing the point that if you arrive with an EasyJet flight or other which arrives to terminal 3 it is a nightmare to get to the hotel. The instructions before booking mention not from terminal 3 but it doesn't say that you have to beg people to let you in. Fortunately employees at Schiphol were helpful

The place is super cool and edgy. Very clear instructions from the front desk. About the front desk, so helpful and friendly! I got there at midnight and super tired, the receptionist was amazing. Bed is cozy and it's fun to be in almost like a capsule hotel.
I didn't know that you couldn't go inside of it with your big luggage. So that was a major hassle. My connection flight was only the next day, so when I approached the check in area, the lady didn't let me through with my 23kg luggage. So I had to return to leave it in the locker, paid 9 euros for that, and walked something like 2km in an almost deserted airport with little support from employees. And had to return to the locker in the morning to retrieve my bag and go again through immigration, security, etc. Other than that, everything was super nice. Just be warned: you can't access this hotel with big luggage!

Yotel is actually IN the airport, so we could complete security, bag check, etc. before our flight the next day. We have mobility issues so this was important for our peace of mind.
Exorbitant price for what it is. The disability assistance in the airport (not the fault of Yotel, they were helpful) was a totally incompetent disaster, which naturally colored our experience. The actual staff who eventually showed up to help us were lovely, helpful people, but communication about our pickup was horrible. We waited two hours after deplaning to be helped to the hotel and only got assistance after a passing KLM staffer called them. Then the next morning the Yotel staff called for us and found we weren't on the list for pickup, even after confirming the previous day. Horrible. Again, not Yotel's fault at all. Yotel did mess up one of our earlier reservations and we had to stay in a single room, which was uncomfortable.

Excellent staff! Small but nice room, but the shower was broken, which caused the whole room to get wet while I was taking a shower. It was a nightmare to get to the hotel after 11pm while routine maintenance at the airport was taking place. It´s very hard to find it without human interaction at the airport.
Instructions to get there. There are not enough signs and it was really a nightmare to find the hotel during routine maintenance happening in the airport after 11pm.

Usually, I arrive at Schiphol, stay in an off site hotel for the night, and then have to fight through security early the following morning to get my next flight. This hotel does away with all of that - you step off your flight, check into the hotel, and then the following morning, just walk out of the hotel and onto your next flight. Because you never leave the airport, there are no security queues, and no worries about missing your flight due to the time it takes to get through the airport. Just stress free, and it means an extra couple of hours in bed. Yes, it's relatively expensive, and the rooms are tiny. But they're comfy, quiet, and very well designed. I got a good sleep, had a shower in the morning, and then literally walked to my flights which was boarding.
Air con seems to be globally set for all rooms. My room was very warm when I arrived, so I asked at the front desk. They turned down the heat, and warned me that it might take an hour to take effect in my room. It did eventually cool down.

Convenience to gates and not having to leave the airport. Access to food nearby. Place to sleep and clean before next long travel.
It would be helpful to have instruction about the lights etc. As I was leaving the person at desk was showing someone. Also good to know that bed is very high. Maybe better steps to get up to. That was a surprise and have leg injury, which made it more tricky.

The proximity to our gates, the comfortable bed!!!! It was great to sleep at least 6 hours between my flight connection.
We could not control the air conditioning, unfortunately, our room was cold. The lights are limited and are not enough to organize your belongings. The toilet is similarly to the flights and it can be noisy if you want to go to toilet during night.
