Really beautiful location, situated in its own lovely park, Good restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Large and comfortable bed. Room and bathroom clean. Bathroom had an excellent shower. Peace and quiet.

The room, in the coachhouse where the restaurant is, was on the small side. There was one full length mirror, but you could not stand in front of it. The bathroom door didn't open all the way because it hit the bed. There was no chair. The bathroom was good, but there was no space to put a toilet bag except a high shelf. If you wanted to get stuff out of the bag you had to put it in the wash basin or on the floor.

The room was in excellent shape and seem to have been recently built or renovated. Nicely decorated and very clean. Staff was very nice and polite. The area is very nice and there are many walking paths that you can take, into the forest. There was coffe/tea in the room and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Overall, everything was very nice, the only minor things were that we woke up to slamming doors (they automatically close) as there were some children in the adjacent rooms coming in and out frequently. Eggs at breakfast could have been a bit nicer (they were very dry and overcooked), but since the rest of the breakfast (bread, croissants, cereals, etc) were all nice, this was a minor issue

very nice room with apex ceiling and beautiful modern decor, in an old historic building above a lovely restaurant which provides superb and very tasty meals and good breakfasts. Staff was very friendly. We were surrounded by woodlands where we had some beautiful walks. Within walking distance we enjoyed another superb meal at restaurant La Maison de Steeg which had lavish Xmas decorations and also friendly staff with good service.

Decorators were working on the surrounding rooms which was a bit noisy and there was a strong smell of sealant in the bathroom, applied to a shelve which couldn't be used for one day. The lighting in the room is very cosy but there were no good reading lights next to the bed. Paper and plastic cups provided were a bit flimsy but staff let us use glass cups from the breakfast bar which was nice. Breakfast buffet was good quality and tasty but minimal choice, and was therefor quite expensive

Our room was not big, but what an ambiance!! Beautiful building and an interesting story of previous owners during centuries ago. And the afternoon and morning walk was superb. Literally in the nature of the Veluwe. For the breakfast and dinner we go to the "Koetshuis" the restaurant on a short walk distance on the same location and also belonging to Rhederoord. Nice staff, flexible and correct. Don't forget to ask the 159 water, and listen to the interesting story of there own source.

Nice room on 2nd floor. Clean and light. A desk with coffee and tea facilities. Really nice old mansion and in good state. Very nice view of the green area. 😄 Breakfast was served in the coach house. Because of a business trip I stayed for one night. So, I really need to come back for a long weekend to explore the green surroundings and enjoy it in another state.

Beautiful place. Nice and true gentle people most of them.

Bar is only for big dinners,,, not for snaking or small thing witch is sad not to have a snack or little sandwich or food at the bar with a drink. Difficult to get inside the room because door was blocked with the king size bed. But very nice overall.

We stayed at the "Koetshuis", which was lovely. Big room, nice view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had diner there, which was absolutely delightful, From the garden you walk into one of The Netherlands most appreciated national park.

The location is absolutely No.1 because it is just in a forest. The building is a historic house with garden. The old oat wooden stairway is impressed. Breakfast is good.

The room is small and the thin, soft plastic cups provided in bathroom are in very low class.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Beautiful nature and close to Arnhem. The bed was also super comfy, and the room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast was basic. No dairy free options and a lack of warm veggie options. Also, it would have been nice to have a toaster available.

Both location and design of the hotel are terrific. The restaurant serves exceptional dishes. We spent amazing time in the hotel.

Rooms are really tiny. Not that the owner can do anything about it but just be mindful of the size if you are space-sensitive
