I like the staff's hospitality. Apart from that, I like it when they have an option for an extra bed. I would recommend this hotel for those who want to stay or just to pay a visit to Wageningen. I'm looking forward to staying at this hotel again.

So far, I am confused with the food option for lunch. I hope they will provide a food option for halal food or Muslim-friendly food. Overall, it was a great experience to spent at least 4 days in hotel WICC.

I absolutely loved my stay with WICC! The fact that this is so close to the bus station with beautifully surrounded body of water overlooking where my window was on the ground floor. It was so serene staying here, even if the walls were not so sound proof. The decor and the restaurant and staff were so lovely and so helpful.

It's just since this is newly renovated, there were some aspects that still looked a little old, but other than that, It's not bad at all !

The hotel is a conference center style with lots of rooms and a swanky vibe. It’s not far from the Rhine cycle route and lots of cyclists with staying there. It’s also a short walk from the pedestrian blocks and the university buildings. The rooms themselves are simple but complete - toiletries provided, comfy beds, sun shade outside and two layers of curtains inside the windows, plus a very cute electric kettle and some coffee and tea packets. But the best part of this room was the view out on the canal. On the first floor we were just high up enough that the people in the park by the water couldn’t look in on us in our bed, but we were able to people watch while relaxing. Also there were several families of water birds including swans with 5 babies. It was great entertainment to watch them go about their lives! This side of the building was quiet peaceful and fresh. Definitely request this view if you can!

No fan in the room.

The hotel is nice, jungle designed. There are a lot of common space, free water, coffee and tea available. The room is cute. The breakfast was good. The restaurant is very good, steak is really good and waiters are helpful. Parking is near building, there are a lot of places and free of charge. The location is good, just few minutes from the city center. The internet connection is very good.

location cannot be beaten. From a 60's looking building the inside was quite stylish. Deluxe single room with private shower was a decent size and overlooked the theatre and canal and lawns.

Towels were old and thin and small. No light switch by the bed for turning on/off the main light. Bar staff didn't make a good latte.

The hotel has a perfect location right next to the old city center of Wageningen. From the hotel rooms you see the city theater with swans in the old defence canal in front and a fountain next to it. It is a perfect landscape to wake up to. There are many parking spaces next to the hotel.

The only thing which was a bit annoying is the wifi reception in my room. It only worked on one side of the room. But with moving around the chair and the small table, I was able to get good download rates.

All good. Service was great. Pricing OK. Food was good. Bed was comfy. Shower fab.

Breakfast dining room was an hour later opening on the weekend. Bedside lighting was too close to the ground to be useful. Curtain did not close over the air conditioner so could not darken the room before 10.00pm

Breakfast was fantastic, great selection of foods, juice, coffee. Location was great, staff were all super helpful and friendly. Dinner restaurant was really nice with great food.

Wasn't able to rent a bike most days because all of their bikes had been rented. Also pretty expensive for bike rental at €15/day. Wifi was not great in the room - could not stream videos or make video calls.

The hotel was good and fulfilled all my expectations. Only bad thing was that the Wifi constantly dropped which made it complicate to have proper video calls. Luckily I still had bandwidth on my mobile phone so that went well.

Nothing to complain about, except dropping out of Wifi every now and then.

The breakfast was wonderful; the Hotel location was perfect near both city centre and bus station; the reception staff were very helpful; the comfort of the bed was amazing; everything was enough clean.

Unfortunately, I do not know why but the WIFI connection in my room was very slight and I was not able to use it during the evening after a long working day... instead at groundfloor was excellent. The receptionist was not able to explain the motivation.
