Great check in, even took us to our unit, older unit, but very comfortable and exceptionly clean. Bit noisy on main road, but earplugs were provided, a very convenient extra & solved the problem. All round enjoyed our two days here.

Location suited me as I was heading south the next day. I liked the tidiness of the rooms and the channels available on the TV. Bed was super comfortable. Also liked the wider car parking bays due to the fact that my car has wide doors. Owner was easy-going and willing to go out of his way to make my stay pleasurable. Would stay there again.

There was nothing I didn't like. It met my expectations. I could hear people in the next room a wee bit, but that is normal for a motel, so not complaining.

The place is so cozy and has everything that we need. The location is next to the main road and close to shopping center. The owner is very helpful and friendly. There was a technical problem with our booking but the owner quickly resolved it. Thank you!! We love the place! Highly recommended.

WE stayed in a spacious three bedroom house next to the main motel. It was very roomy with a large backyard and would be ideal for families. The house would sleep 6 comfortably. Although being of an older style it was comfortable and well set up. It would be good for a long term stay as it has a washing machine and clothes line.

It is close to highway 1 but surprisingly the noise was not bad. There are ear plugs supplied in the bedside draws but we didn't need them. One of the bedroom doors urgently needs attention as it sticks closed and can only be opened with force. Not good fora child or frail person . We notified the owners.

We had a late arrival traveling from Invercargill. Staff very accommodating unit was warm and welcoming after a long drive. Much appreciated!! Many thanks. Comfortable stay we will be back. Joanne

Wonderful service and beautifully clean and cozy room. We were treated to a brand new bed for our stay also, which was so comfortable. The shower pressure was great, and we were provided complimentary plunger coffee for our morning brew.

Main road with trucks passing might be the only negative to this place.

We made the right choice choosing Adcroft Ashburton as our accomodation. The owners Stacey and Aaron including their staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The Motel is perfect for a family with young children with a play area right outside the back of our room. Our room was very clean, warm and had everything we needed. We decided early hours of our last day we wanted to extend our stay and Aaron very helpful with that. Thankyou for exceeding our expectations and making our stay enjoyable ❤.

Walls between units not too sound proof. A neighbour returned in the early hours of the morning one and decided to have TV on quite loud for a while, TV on the other side of bedroom wall.
