Very friendly service, the location was very close to the centre of the town where we spent most of our time, the beds were comfy, enough couch seating for 4 people and great facilities ie kettle, fridge etc. Lounge area good size for 4 people to fit easily. It was also pretty quiet.

The decor was a bit dated

It was a large unit, very clean and had everything we required for our 2 night stay. Perfect for our stay and a short walk to town. Highly recommend it.

My only negative, which is common in most places we stay, is the low height of the shower head and the poor water pressure. I'm in my 60's and just under 6' tall. I've got to crouch down to wash my hair, which isn't easy at my age.

The room was good

The heating hadn’t been turned on… explain that there was two of us staying but picked. Third friend up for a wine and catch up…. Clearly wasn’t listening as got an email the next day the 3 wine glasses used and an extra bed…. I stayed with a friend and slepted in single bed!!!!

Our stay was completely catered for, and we were well rested. Very clean, really comfortable Bed. Well set up. And being able to have 2 units next to each other as a family was fantastic. Parking was easy, and we loved that we could walk down town. The noise level was really well managed. Staff were very friendly, respectful, and helpful.

Easy check-in on arrival. The Unit was immaculate, the kitchen and bathrooms spotless. Beds were so comfy, the Unit was warm when we arrived. Will definitely stay here again

Absolutely no complaints!

We had an issue with the TV sky sports channel about an 1 hr before kick-off of the All-Blacks game.... the manager quickly figured out it was the TV and swapped out the TV with a new one within 30 mins.... what service!

Welcoming host, spacious, clean, comfortable with well equipped kitchenette. Great location, close to town and walks.

The room lacks daylight, and there are several ceiling lights, however only one switch for all ceiling lights. It would be nice and more energy efficient to be have brighter and zoned lighting.

Really exceeded expectations for a small town like Geraldine. The place was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable and superbly soft. Loved the stay, great for a stopover before heading to Mount Cook!
