We chose this place because it was in a great position to reach the airport and to arrive by public transportation. The room was very big, confortable and with a nice little outdoor space with a small table where we had our lunch. The staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

It is a bit far from the city. Easily accessible, expecially by train, but we arrived in a moment in which the railway was on maintenance and the travel to and from the city with buses was very long and tiring.

On our holiday around the north island of NZ we stayed at this motel twice. Motel room was very clean, roomy and bed comfortable. Bathrooms in both rooms lovely, very large and had been recently renovated. Kitchen in our first room was great, good size, fully equipped, had everything we needed. Very friendly staff and cleaners. Nice and tidy gardens.

Even though we payed the same amount of money for our second room as we did for our first room we were disappointed with the kitchenette in our second room. Very small, no sink - had to wash the cutlery and crockery in the bathroom sink - very unhygienic, also no toaster. We were told by staff to use our friends toaster, our friends were staying in another room. Very inconvenient and lucky we had friends staying at the same motel otherwise we wouldn’t have had the use of a toaster. Also unable to use the guest laundry before 1pm, even than found it different to use as a lady was using it to wash and dry motel towels, tea towels etc.

Very friendly and helpful people. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. I would recommend all that that you offer. Great bathroom and a very good shower. I did appreciate how clean room was. You have a great cleaning staff. The free book you gave me has been appreciated,

A small toaster would have been nice. But you made it easy to have my morning toast in your kitchen. I had no problem with parking and access to my room was very easy. My thanks to you all and I will have no problem coming again.

Excellent location as it is close to airport,Manukau City and motorway as well as attractions.The beds were comfortable and a good variety of channels on tv.Very clean and comfortable.

I didnt like washing my dishes in the bathroom and there should be water available in the rooms for drinking and filling up the jug.I will upgrade to a room with a kitchen next time.The laundry wasnt open to do our washing when it should be at all times.

Very friendly and welcoming check-in. Beautiful bathroom-very modern. Large room, well equipped kitchen, decent sized TV, effective air con. Close to airport....aprox 10-15 minute drive. Very handy to Westfield Manukau and Rainbows End.

Room had a wee bit of an odd odour but didn't notice it after awhile. Shower didn't drain very well and we accidentally flooded the bathroom but motelier committed to checking it out.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very recently renovated and was magnificent ! Our room was quiet , had everything we needed and parking was right ouside the door. There were lots of eating options just a 5 min drive away and it was a 15 min drive from the airport. Check in was efficient and friendly, the wifi worked well and we would definitely stay there again. It was quite hot, so the air con was welcome too.

The little stove top was a bit redundant, the microwave was really all we needed.

I spent a good while searching google for an appropriate place for my partner, our 3 year old and I to stay and for the price I honestly had low expectations considering it was so cheap. Our rooms were lovely, very well maintained and very clean. The people that run this hotel obviously work very hard!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Management and staff very good. Location suited our needs; handy for shops and Auckland airport. Even though the motel is situated on the main Great South Road it was surprisingly quiet. My wife and I enjoyed our four night stay

Nothing much to complain about

Bed was nice and comfy. Bathroom looked newly renovated and was very nice with lots of room although didnt get to try the shower. Kitchen was good and functional.

Not enough plugs in good places. Window didn't block out any noise so planes flying over were pretty noticeable but i sleep with headphones in so didnt bother my sleep, but did bother a family member's sleep. Bathroom looked great but kitchen and room was a bit dated.

I liked tht for yr money was gd value with really friendly welcoming staff.was also nice an clean.gd location.have bn back 3 times nw an will continue to return whn up those ways.i would recommend this place to friends an family if they ever up tht way. Carina
