Good safe location and value for money.

The room I was in had a joining internal door to room next door. Unfortunately young couple in there talked and laughed all night until 4am even after I banged on door and asked them to be quiet. They might as well have been in the room with me. I arrived late and was leaving early as had to pick someone up from int airport. Got 4 hours sleep. Very frustrating and no staff on hand (understandably) to deal with this.

Lovely welcome. Clean and the property has a safe feel to it. Close to Howick where we had to go that night.

There was nothing we didn't like! but 3 suggestions, (1) you could paint a tiny angle in the arrow on your sign at the street to indicate whether to go straight ahead or turn right at that sign. Or just write "turn right here". (2) Another suggestion, put a small shelf in bathroom 5o put toiletry bags on. 2 people's tiny carry bags don't fit well, we put ours on the kitchen counter. (3) Also a couple of hooks on the bwthroom wall or door for during towels for re-use or toiletry bags.

Lovely owners, Amio was a pleasure to deal with and willing to go the extra mile where able. The room was clean, there were complimentary water bottles for us in the fridge, and a fan for use as there's no aircon. The property was full during our stay and we barely heard anything. Beds were comfy and clean. Shower pressure was great. I would suggest, and this is just my personal preference, there be more towel hanging space and a hand towel hook or rail. That aside everything else was great and we'll be happy to stay again in the future.

The location is quite but near shopping mall. The reception staff Amio is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and tidy.

We stay at room 10 which is at far end of the building. As such the wifi signal is weak and we have to pick up better signal at the corridor.

The manager in the morning knocking on the door at 9:45am then walking away when I opened the door . She then proceeds to ask if I'm extending my visit I was told check out was 10am Left not long after this

Difficult to say much as we were only there for 1 night so didn't really get a proper feel for the place, but we did like our short time there. The staff were very helpful and also very happy that we were able to check in when we did.

Very clean and close to Botany Town Centre. An $8.00 Uber will get you there. Good basic facilities in the room and a great choice of TV channels. Helpful staff which is always a bonus.

Huge spa bath so great for a bath but bubbles not working at the time of our stay.

The customer service was excellent and location was perfect. Room was clean tidy ☺️

The toilet flush wasn't great, had to flush at times twice just for loo paper..could do with replacing as we were a family of 4.

Room was comfortable, clean and warm. Close to everything. Staff were lovely and friendly. Great value for money.

A bit close to the main road meaning a bit noisy at times but nothing too excessive.
