Room was lovely, modern and clean Room service was fast and yummy

Shuttle service let me down twice. Drove straight past guests waiting on Monday night 17/7/23 between 7 and 8pm. One passenger phd the hotel who contacted the driver to turn around and pick us up, we waited 40 minutes. Shuttle booked for 4.30am Tuesday 18/7/23 but didn’t show so I grabbed an Uber for $13. Very unimpressed!!! Unfortunately ruined an otherwise pleasant stay - $285 to include “free” shuttle and only 8 hours in the room.

Easy and quick check in . All staff were excellent. Room fine for overnight stay and easy access to airport with a shuttle. Selection of food available to buy was excellent. We had dinner from the bar menu which was very good, perhaps a little pricey! The hotel was quiet, bed comfortable and I like how you could open a window if wanted .

Clean, tidy. Nice having restaurant so could get late dinner after late arrival flight.Room faced street but double glazing meant did not hear any noise. Would stay there again.

Extremely poor, out of date shuttle bus location instructions once landed at Akld airport. Email did not have map/illustration given, large areas blocked off due to building work + no signs at airport matching description in email. Rang hotel, they could not give clear instructions either. Strongly suggest staff member goes down there + takes photos + updates instructions on where to find bus to send to clients. (+ regularly review these for airport changes). Not everyone knows Akld airport/layout. Two other groups were having as much trouble as us finding where to go for pickup.

The staff was amazing...behind the desk, shuttle drivers, in the dining room. Very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent.

We went down to have bite to eat just after 10:00 am knowing that the breakfast buffet was over at 10. We didn't want the breakfast buffet and wanted something from the menu. We are pretty sure we saw it printed that we could order something from the menu after 10. When we got to the dining room, we were told that we would have to wait until 11. It was not a problem for us, but I think it's important that posted information is accurate,

It was easy to find (using maps) the hotel was better than I thought. Staff were welcoming. We were in building 4 so it was abit of a walk for me from main reception ONLY because I’m on crutches but if I wasn’t then it’s not that far. We only needed a place to stay cause we came for a concert. Beds were comfy for us we crashed out as soon as we got back at 1am. Buffet breakfast was yum definitely better than a maccas breakfast! It was worth the add on! We enjoyed our stay and would most likely stay here again if we need a place to stay.

Um it’s not a bad thing but it was a 18-30mins(if there’s traffic) drive to eden park which is where the concert was. BUT this hotel just fit into our budget so we didn’t mind the drive. This place is PERFECT if you’re trying to find somewhere to stay close to the airport. Oh also wish there was a spa or pool available but I think it under renovations? Unsure if it was or not.

Booked it because of the airport shuttle and ease of having restaurant on site - wasn't exploring Auckland, had to stay a night due to a cancelled flight. This was a perfect option and the food was decent and the staff was friendly. The shuttle was very easy with regular departures as well. Brekkie had lots of options including made-to-order eggs.

Not super clear where shuttle picks up, it seemed several people were calling to get shuttle details, so would suggest that they post very clear instructions to make it simpler for airport travelers and easier on front desk attendants who have to answer phones.

Ticked all our boxes for our short overnight stay. We didn't arrive until around 8PM after a long, hot day on the Northern Explorer train, but were thankfully able to freshen up and make use of room service, which had a decent enough selection of options - the cheeseboard and salad we ordered weren't anything special, but sufficed for our requirements.

Location is a bit odd, and it felt slightly further out from the airport than we had anticipated. Consequently the shuttle bus transfer to the International terminal also took a bit longer than we expected, albeit we were thankful that the half-hourly service was available to transfer us at 5.30AM.

Great stay, clean & comfortable, staff were friendly, everything we needed to rest before transit. We really appreciated the airport shuttle to, that was perfect for our 4.30am transfer to the airport.The rate was also good value compared to others. The restaurant, bar and surrounds were relaxing, pleasant with a good ambience. The food was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

If staying for a longer period, you may need a car to get out and about as it is a large complex near a residential area, there didnt seem to be stores and other food outlets in walkimg distance. This did not affect us at all though and their restaurant bar and cafe took care of your dining needs.

The shuttle service was fantastic and the staff were nice. We've stayed here a couple of times. This time it was only for a few hours between an international arrival and a morning domestic flight so we had one room with two beds in it, it was great for a quick sleep. Phoning the shuttle service's 0800 number in the middle of the night was easy and they came to get us from the international terminal promptly. Then they took us back to the domestic terminal the next morning, it was so helpful. The previous time we stayed at Jetpark was in a family suite and that was also very nice, there were toys in that room for our wee girl to play with. We also caught the shuttle on that occasion too but didn't have to phone for it because we had daytime arrival times.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic and included a wide range of food. The transport to and from airport is great and goes every 30 minutes during the day, the bedroom was spacious and was very comfy with a selection of pillows that suit your needs. They offer options for sky as well as casting from your phone which helped provide options, there was a little park and trampoline which our 4 year old loved. At the time they were building a new pool as well as gym, definitely more of a corporate location but worth it for location and value.

We had dinner when we checked in, the food was overpriced and the quality of the food wasn't great. The buffet made up for this greatly.
