The staff were exceptional and very reliable. They were happy to adjust our booking dates due to some changes in our trip schedule. The daily cleaning and providing of fresh towels was also appreciated. Great to have a full kitchen as well. The apartments are directly across from the bus station, so that was helpful for transport.

Unfortunately there was a bit of noise due to some disagreements in the carpark, but not much that can be done about that. We also noticed that it was a non smoking building however it smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the corridors of our floor.

Lovely and clean, Central to Manukau, Mall for shopping, food outlets, plus the park across road, able to take kids out to shoot some hops and kick the ball around.

No air conditioning, it was very muggy even with the apartment having 2 electric fans supplied, the place had some minor faults, bent dish washer corner, not repaired, hand towel rail kept falling off, missing screw, the shower kept falling down, water stream was lacking (maintenance upkeep), there is no wifi connection to TV, only your devices will work, the people begging down by car park area, brother went down to have a cigarette, couple times, accosted by lady for not giving her any money, it was not safe to go out after dark, people having parties in cars, parked up, it was not a secured car park area, even though our car was alright during our stay.

A modern apartment, Kitchenette for cooking meals full oven, washer dryer,plus laundry powder😃Two bedrooms, Great bed, clean linen, pillows..huge shower, everything provided. LOCATION EXCELLENT. Transport bus train 2min walk. Manukau mall 4-5 min walk. Excellent Location and" Value"for money good for families on a budget.Great staff at service desk attended 24/7 helpful, got us a new fan and iron on request.

The apartment was very hot on arrival, a standard cooling unit was provided, with a vent pipe hanging outside the window. It was a bit noisey, couldn't hear the TV, and there was no guard around the window frame to house the cooler vent pipe, thus allowing a gap for a bird to fly inside the unit, 🐦 . There's no air-conditioning or ducted air in the apartment.They do provide fans on request. I requested the apartment to be serviced, the place was not vacuumed. Called the desk a few times no answer, had to go to the service desk.

Facilities were clean and all we needed plus a bonus to have dishwasher not that we needed it and a clothes washer dryer. 4 separate rooms and lovely communal area for us and 2 bathrooms was awesome. Mattrass springs were quite uncomfortable but l can sleep standing up my colleagues however requested l mention that was a negative for them

Down the hall was emergency housing and they were loud and abusive to staff, their was strong smell of Marijuana in the hall and leaked the building out. Apart from that once we got in our apartment it was lovely. No view but we didn't go there for view

How the location was close to everything. The two bedrooms were a generous size. Basic and simple. It's affordable if you just want to relax and chill.

I have a few concerns, just that I like cooking fresh food as the oven in Room 511 was really difficult to use as it was not visible which one was for grill or even the temperature. I could not see it at all. The tip of the fridge was cracked when I got there. I was concerned that it might be dangerous and can cause a hazard. Nothing else didn't concern me but just the oven and fridge.

there are strange people around the place??? strange people live in there??? felt uncomfortable sometimes. reasonable car park but is it secure?

Location is quite really good, accessible for everything park, shops and foods. I was very nervous because I've read a lots of bad reviews of this apartment but when i came there it surprised me, it was clean, nice room, tv is working, washing machine, microwave, kettle and we can even cook there. There is room service in the morning to clean the place and empty the bin. I was satisfied i must say, would book again soon.

Just the AC it is quite noisy when it's on.

The apartment was perfectly suited for our big family. The location was also perfect for all our needs only a 2min walk to the mall, the train station was just across the rd, and a big playground area for the kids across the rd aswell. Highly recommend this place especially if you have a young family 😊

Very hot in the apartment needed a aircon or maybe more fans. Also could have a done with another couch or 2 not enough couches to sit and watch tv.

The location was brilliant - within walking distance of our two-day conference and the Westfield Manukau shopping center. The room was excellent - exactly as depicted in the online booking picture. The bed was good - nothing is like your own bed, but this was pretty good I must say. The service was great - as we had made two separate bookings and asked to have the same room, the manager was most obliging and allowed us to stay in the same room for both nights. Exceptional actually. The facilities were excellent - to have a big shower, fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, two bedrooms, a lounge, and a kitchen was amazing. A bonus was having all the necessary utensils and essentials of a working kitchen (toaster, jug, can opener, etc) was truly amazing. The view - exceptional! Well done MCentral Apartments, Manukau. I will recommend this accommodation to all my colleagues.

Perhaps having a fan in the bedrooms would be a good idea - this is just a suggestion. Also, perhaps a map of the immediate local area would be great for out-of-towners - this is just another suggestion. Apart from these suggestions, there was nothing I did not like. Well done MCentral Apartments!

I loved the room and the fact it was right next to the bus station where it was close to where I needed to be and the bedrooms and beds were surprisingly comfortable and the whole room was and very clean. Check in process is also very easy and smooth.

The fact that the elevator had a very potent smell of cigarette smoke it was sickening but everything was great with the room, the view from the room etc loved my stay I will book again
