Great location for what we wanted to do and see. Walking distance to Westfield Newmarket Shopping Centre where there is just about everything you want for shopping and eating in one place. Free parking on site at the motel. Room is large enough for a family of three with good facilities such as small fridge, coffee/tea, microwave, valuables safe, iron/ironing board etc. Yes, I would stay here again as we found it comfortable and good value with friendly staff.

As mentioned by a few other reviewers, the floors are not very solid, so it can be quite noisy when you walk around the room. Fine if you're on the top (third) floor, but it could be quite annoying if you were on lower floors and the people above you are heavy footed.

Super comfortable beds which have me coming back! Good price point, and staff are always accommodating. I frequently stay here & always enjoy it. There’s a microwave, toaster & things in the room which make it more comfortable. The staff tend to not disturb me which is a plus

It has outdated furniture i.e desk, desk chairs etc. It could do with an update on bathroom amenities - shampoo/conditioners, etc. Maybe get large towels (bath sheets) instead as well, and update the TV’s so casting is available. Some rooms have this already but it would be nice if all rooms have it as well.

Good things: If you use a walker or wheelchair, use the exterior intercom to ask to be let in at the door on the other side of the building, then go through the (small) parking lot to get to it.. The elevator is right beside that door. They had comfortable beds with proper sheeting on the FEATHER duvets; nice big bedside tables; and a drying rack on the balcony; a cabinet to hold microwave, fridge, a few plates, mugs, wine glasses, cutlery, can opener and bottle opener. Bonus: On the third floor, you can see the top of the Sky Tower on New Year's Eve, either from the exterior hallway or the fire escape (don't let the door shut or you'll be locked out!). All the windows in the hotel face east and the Sky Tower is Northwest. For those not familiar with NZ, motels always seem to provide kettle, tea and sugar bags and little milk capsules! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly!

The website says it has a shuttle to the airport but it DOESN'T, really. You need to book with a company that has bad reviews! There is a bus stop about a three minute walk and it took one change to get to the airport. The trip took an hour. You can tap on/off with a regular credit card, as of the fall, 2024. We did that. The door into the room is very heavily sprung and won't stay open unless you hold it. Don't get locked out. Our room had no towel racks and one hook. We had to hang a towel over the shower door, leave it on the counter, or hang it on the hook. It's not going to dry on the hook, plus then there is no where to put a piece of clothing if the hook has a towel on it.

Location was central to every where we wanted, close to the mall and amenities. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and bright, lots of space. Great value for money. The staff were super friendly, they greeted us warmly and let us check in super early knowing we have a little one The balcony doors opening to a nice breeze makes the room even more spacious. Free parking and cameras watching the vehicles. Will be our go too place from now on when we visit auckland absolutely will be coming back.

We have no complaints

Property was easily found from the motorway on a one way Street close to New Market. The room was large, clean and with a great view of the surrounding businesses and appartments from the third story room (18). The staff are welcoming and helpful. Undercover secure parking was great especially if it was raining , security cameras kept an eye on your vehicle which was good. The property was full with guests for the night but was quiet and private. Only a short walk to the Westfield Mall and New Market shops. Leaving was a breeze getting back onto the Motorway home. We would definitely stay again.

Four small milk sachets was not enough, six or more would be better.

Super close to Newmarket, this was a great small apartment-style place to stay. Good facilities, comfortable beds, heat pump and blankets good for winter. Nice selection of hot drink sachets/teabags. Bathroom had both shower and bath, and all spaces were clean. Very nice overall. Cherry on top were the super lovely staff.

Not really anything to rate down on. The single mattress was a little firm for me, but thats personal preference.

I loved that the manager was so accommodating for a last-minute occupancy change. Especially during a busy concert weekend. Very close to shopping and stadium. Pricing was decent once again for a busy weekend. So if you want a no thrills, budget friendly motel for a concert close to Mt Eden and walkable... then I would recommend.

Parking is very tight but was ok and manageable for my MG SUV. Bigger utes may struggle, so check ahead of time.

The bed was super comfy, I liked the spaciousness, the location was off-central and close to motorways, The guy at reception was wonderfully hospitable and gracious although we were a late check-in amazing value for money and clean.

I didn’t like that the fan in the bathroom didn’t have a seperate switch to the light, otherwise great value for money

Great location for me, but it close to Motorway so be prepared for noise. Great spacious rooms, clean and very comfortable beds. The door opening to the balcony was fantastic.

The tap in the bathroom was leaking and like always, it was difficult to fill the jug as the tap was too close to the sink.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Spacious room with a great sized comfy bed! It was perfect for our family with a small child. The motel took into consideration our toddler when allocating our room and it was no hassle to supply a portacot for him. Room was equipped with 2 heat pumps which kept us warm and cozy all night. Great central location to where we needed to be within Auckland. Great value for money, highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay!
