Location is just on the edge of town, so just a couple of minutes walk to eating places (we particularly liked the Marlborough Public House for food and drink) and a large Woolworths. The studio kitchen has 2 of everything and supplies washing-up liquid, dish cloths and brush and tea towel, so self catering is easy. Bed is very comfortable and self-service laundry facilities are available from 2-7pm. Bathroom had good toiletries provided, too. Parking is right outside your accommodation. Owners were very friendly and helpful - thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a stunner Blenheim weekend so the aircon was a lifesaver! Loved all the REAL plants, we had a Dracana and Watermelon Peperomia in our room and our family staying a couple of rooms over from us had a Pothos. As someone who has recently started a house plant collection this was a super nice touch. We had a chilled bottle of water in the fridge on arrival which we kept topping up to have fresh cold water - awesome. The decor was fun and tasteful, the lower lighting options were good. Loved having a TV in the bedroom as well as the lounge to watch a movie after a long day out and about. Easy walking distance to town for meals. The glass milk bottle (not single serve plastic long life milk) was greatly appreciated. Having an air freshener spray and toilet brush in the bathroom was also really appreciated. Boxes of tissues in the bathroom and bedroom (it's amazing how often places don't do this anymore but as someone with allergies I sneeze a lot when traveling and not having to use toilet paper is great). The courtyard grass and trees with tables underneath was very well maintained and handy to the Webber BBQ - we didn't use either but our room looked over these and it was nice to see people enjoying the social space. Could really tell how much love is put into Centre Court by the owners. Thanks heaps, we had a lovely stay.

The pillows were all the same, and a little high. One wasn't enough for hubby but two was uncomfortably high. Different pillow heights/types/firmness could something to consider when they're due for replacement :)

As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed in by Linda who was very lovely and accommodating. She gave recommendations for places to eat which we went and tried and was not disappointed. We had brunch at Ritual Cafe. Very yummy food! Room was fresh, spacious, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. My mother in law had her own room which had a spa bath so that’s awesome! We had a shower but oh my the water pressure was amazing! Loved it. The property is also only a minutes walk from the main town centre which is very handy! Parking was great as we parked right outside our room. Also can’t forget to mention that the beds are so comfy and warm! This place is very affordable as well! Let’s not forget that part 😊

The Villa is very well maintained and looked after by the host. The Villa felt like home away from home. It had everything that you need to make yourself at home. Inside of the house was very clean and tidy. The rooms were perfect for my family of 4. I would stay here again next time I'm in NZ. Value for money really great place to stay. So many restaurants and cafes to choose from. I forgot to mention inside the house there was a book which was very well put together with information on the local places to visit and menus from cafes and other places to eat. I really appreciated the details in everything.

The price was very good and the rooms were clean and tidy, mostly reasonably newish. Beds VERY comfortable, had perfect nights sleep here. The owners were very flexible with booking in and out times which was very much appreciated.

The shower took a bit of getting used to, nothing wrong with lovely hot water but the shower curtain and tiled floor took a bit of getting used to, to not swamp the place out! Was a little concerned about wet slippery floor so tread carefully. Not overly keen on shower mats but may be a solution?

We loved our rooms...really clean and the small details like decals on the wall, full length mirror and color splashes from cushions n chairs really created a luxury feeling. Linda gave us a warm, smiling check-in and we really appreciated our rooms being ready more that an hour early. We loved that our rooms were ground floor and that they had SkyTV. Loved the open cupboard cum bag storage nooks and the size of the rooms. We also loved the area and ease of proximity to restaurants and the church.

The owners of this motel went above & beyond. We turned up with a trailer late at night. They moved their own private vehicle to accommodate us. The personal touches with the décor in the family unit we had made it feel so homely & welcoming. The unit was spotless. Thanks for having us.

Not a complaint, just a note for you to check the fan in the bathroom of the unit we stayed in. It was extremely noisy & sounded like something was going to explode.

We had a lovely stay here,Brett and Lunda were wonderful, we were having some long overdue time together and rest and I'm glad we booked here,absolutely lovely rooms and we had a service everyday.And the weather was great 👍

The only thing I can fault were the cups and glasses in the kitchen were on the small size,and a some mould on the spa around the edges.

when we arrived Colleen realised we were seniors and she expressed concern at using a shower over the bath which was the configuration of our allocated room. As we were staying 4 nights she moved us to a room with a standard shower for the final 3 nights. Great service!

For future visitors we would recommend that you notify the motel of any mobility problems - which we failed to do. To do so would have ensured that we were given a room which suited our needs.

Loved the location which is close to everything. The owners are lovely and went above and beyond to help with all the questions. Even recommended great places to eat and buy coffee. The rooms are big and comes with a 2 seater couch which makes them home away from home. I also had a parking sport outside my door.
