The property is a walking distance to many good restaurants in Riccarton. Ample parking space. Friendly staffs.

Carpeting is dated. Pillows need an upgrade.

Good location close to lots of food options & Westfield mall. Room was sunny & bright. Comfy bed. Nice new looking bathroom. Good kitchen facilities. Friendly staff.

Not sure if the room had been properly serviced before we arrived as there was food left in the fridge from the last people staying & clothes in the wardrobe. The toilet paper hadn’t been restocked, only had a 1/4 roll so had to go ask for some. Other than that we enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again.

The location was great. A short walk to the mall or in the opposite direction, the park. Handy to the bus stop. Bed was comfy, sheets had that crisp inviting feeling & room spacious. I was able to park my car there an hour before check in time & I was able to leave it there after check out while I had breakfast at a cafe. I checked with the owners if this was ok of course

The shower pressure wasn't the best I've experienced but that wouldn't stop me from staying there again as everything else was perfectly fine.

We love staying here as it is central to everything that we needed. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location 😊

When you arrive there is a car park outside of the room, but if you leave to go anywhere, when you come back it’s usually gone, so it’s a game like musical chairs. But apart from that there’s nothing we don’t like.

This is the second time we have stayed at Annabelle Court. We find the location great, the rooms spacious, and it's a bonus that there is a range of room types. Although some rooms have been renovated and others haven't, all were clean and well maintained. See you again next time!

This time I found the bed in the allocated room to be very hard - probably easily solved with a good topper.

Good location. Walking distance to park and Christchurch town center. Many shopping areas nearby. Free parking. Good collection of kitchen utensils and equipment.

Heating could be improved. Access to power points could be better positioned especially when using a PC. Internet was occasionally down. Make sure you check what Booking.com quotes, has to correct what the reception wanted to charge.

Staff v helpful dealing w our booking bungle. Room comfortable as always. Convenient location for Park & Hospital.

Cud do w extra Security lock options on entrance doors & replace tatty venetian blinds on entrance door for privacy. Mayb suggest to groups of tourists to not gather outside downsrairs rooms nor taking over complex & yelling between floors.

You and your family were really friendly and smiley making us feel very welcome especially with three children, offering to carry my bags, was so appreciated. The room was soundproof so didn't hear the traffic on a busy road. The whole visit there was enjoyable

I loved how there were actual hand soap and big containers of body gel and shampoo n conditioner. The beds were really comfortable to sleep in. Had an iron and board.

The shower door wasn’t stable and felt like it was going fall off. When housekeeping all of dirty towels were still there.
