The unit was lovely, clean and tidy. The waterway was gorgeous to look over and the outdoor deck was awesome when the sun was on it. The restaurant food was huge portions and was really nice.

The spa pool was over full and it had too many chemicals in it. My skin started to burn instantly from the chemicals and the rash latest nearly 10 days. The front desk staff were too young in my opinion and a teenage girl in a school uniform was just hanging around chatting with them both at the reception and in the restaurant for a good couple of hours.

The quietness and surroundings, that it had a bar and restaurant . Big room with good kitchen and had bath.

That on the day I left I took one bag down to the car at 10.00 and went to get my other bag at 10.01 and the door was locked. I had to walk in the cold to the reception area for them to redo my card to get back in. This needs to be changed to at least 10.30 if they do it, and also to advise people that it will happen when they check in.. thank god it wasn’t raining or snowing as I was along way from reception around the other side…

Have stayed here before and wanted to come back. Good central location with short drives to Wanaka, Queenstown and Clyde. Also located right on Lake Dunstan Trail. Great for families. Will return.

Receptionist and Restaurant and bar staff (except for one young woman) didn't seem to thing it was necessary to wear masks. We ate there the first night but did not return once we discovered this. Pretty disappointing after experiencing weeks of lockdown where we live to stop the spread that they could not even bother with masks.

View was awesome. A great place to stay Especially having the garage to park our car!!

A few things that were not quite up to standard, although it would not stop us staying there again. 1) the kitchen tap was completely loose and moved all over the place. 2)The electrical plug switch to our left was faulty and kept buzzing when switching on. The door handle to the bathroom door came off when trying to close the door from the bedroom side. (The probable reason was, that the door was sticking at the bottom) and when trying to close it, puts pressure on the handle. Also the door into the apartment was sticking. Lastly,the trim is coming off the bottom of the bathroom vanity. It appears that the maintenance is lacking on this unit.

Lovely spacious apartment with a good kitchen and warm tiled bathroom. Very warm & comfortable bed. Safe & secure apartment. Will book a lakeview next time and stay much longer. Thanks for a lovely quiet stay and very nice reception staff.

The light that shines into the bedroom all night. There is only metal venetian blinds facing the street and street light pours into room. Also there is a decent gap between each blind which can be seen through into the room from the street level. Really needs modern roller blinds & blackouts for proper privacy.

Views across the lake are gorgeous both day/night, we booked it for that reason. A shame it was only for 1 night but very quiet, private, close to town, Amigos mexican restaurant is great for kids (colouring activities while they wait and great margarita for mum!) Underneath is a hangout area with chill out bar and dining table to sit/eat watch the water and an outdoor bathtub! Others had a hot tub. Room was clean but standout was the view and the huge tiled bathroom!

Heated towel rail wasn't working but for one night, but we didn't need it.

Great location and a spacious apartment kitted out with an abundance of furniture and a large king bed. the car was also able to be garaged.

the spacious double shower had nowhere to place your soap or hair products, except on the floor. The upstairs apartment was the same. The microwave was difficult to operate in its under-bench location. The kitchen was ill equipped with utensils and plates. There were beds stacked high and unsecured in the garage beside the laundry. a hazard to say the least. some blew over in the wind and damaged our car. If it was not so expensive (peak holiday time) we may have expected less.

It was very spacious, great facilities, a lovely isolated wee community area on the outskirts of Cromwell with a lovely lakeside walk and wonderful helpful staff. Its a new, flash area.

It wasn’t super central to town so if you are wanting to walk anywhere local in the town ship, it’s not really the place for that. It is more secluded and serene so if you want to be more out of town than central, it’s perfect for that. Also just FYI the rooms share a lobby - it wasn’t clear when booking but there will be someone staying above or beside - I think about three per structure. This wasn’t a problem at all as it was sound proofed very well!

The room was lovely, modern and spacious - it had an ensuite with shower, kitchen space and sofas overlooking the water. It was warm and clean and there's a bar and restaurant on site so you don't need to go into Cromwell if you don't want although it's just a short drive away. We had a nice meal in the restaurant once we were moved to the more snug and warmer side.

Overall this is a great place to stay, however, so much could be done with the larger restaurant space to make it more welcoming and inviting.

Lovely location. Clean space! Even washer and drier with provided powder! Good shower.

The restaurant was closed but only found that out when I arrived! Gutted cause that had been the reason I booked to stay here! And heating didn’t come on overnight! Luckily it had a heated blanket but for future guests some instructions for using the heating would be appreciated as I assumed it was on a timer as the remote had no affect on the heating system.
