By far the best motel I've stayed in. Very welcoming and attentive owners. Lovely people that accommodated us with a extra room at last minute for unexpected extra family members lol. Thank you guys so much for your awesome hospitality and wonderful facility. Definitely go for this motel again. Central to all we needed😊 One thing....sorry we had a pile of books on the table and when we packed them, your placemats x2 came with us accidentally 😬 happy to courier them back x

There was nothing we did not like

Facilities in the unit were great and very clean when we arrived. Very impressed with the soundproofing - complex was very busy, and yet once inside our unit, was not aware of anything that was going on.

Although we knew when we booked that the property did not have a pool, when we arrived the weather was in the region of 30 degrees for the days we stayed. I would have loved to just crash into the pool, to cool down. Ended up going offsite, which was not a major hardship, but not as convenient.

THis is one of a few motels which gave us everything we expected. The outstanding characteristics of this motel is the attention to details and all services, facilities are done with sophistication. We like most are sky tv recordable, all remotes are stored neatly and the rooms are cleaned thoroughly like even the outside windows are cleaned everyday. All crockery was provided in groups of 4 per item, we have do less dishes, all furniture are well designed to the extent that we feel being a spacious room, all facilities provided are of new and nice looking standards.

There is absolutely nothing we don't like. Just wish we could stay in this hotel longer

The staff/lady at reception was very nice, very helpful & friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. Overall we felt it was an extremely good motel. However two things rather spoilt it for us. The cooking hobs would hardly heat up. To be fair it may be that we got something wrong but we could not get them to heat up to boil water so had to use the microwave to cook some food that should have been boiled. The other thing was that we could not get the TV volume high enough to hear clearly. The lady in reception came & reset it with her handset & it was fine for quite a while but went off again. The tele was also a bit of a mystery . There were no instructions & what, with audio, data & skye handsets it was difficult to sort out which did what. (Audio was obviously not for the tele ). The above negatives were not enough to put off staying again.

What I have said below Cooking was not great. TV unreliable in our room

i didnt rate the bed excellent because ther was no electric blanket or xtra bedding and it was a cold nite, i ended u having to put on my thermals, thankfully i bought with me, and the bubbles on spa bath didnt work, more info required to get them to go in bathroom please

other than the above evrything was great, instead of the red bed runner at end of bed please provide a actual warm blanket that is usefull, rather than a useless bit of fabric

Wendy and her husband were extremely welcoming on the front desk. They went over and above to help with our washing delivering back to our unit neatly folded. The happy cleaning staff were a very friendly bunch. Highly recommend.

We should have stayed longer!!

Location ok and reasonably close to shops and restaurants.. Very comfortable bed and great shower /spa bath combination in chosen room. Quiet location, friendly staff and reasonably priced. My ideal!

Parking not allocated and at a premium. Would be good to have max parking one space per room to leave room for others.. Was able to park though. Otherwise all good and no negatives

The location was quite central with McDonalds, Subway, cafes and restaurants quite close. The parking was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, tidy and reasonably comfortable.

The bed was a bit former than I prefer, but still good enough to get a reasonable sleep on, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

The unit was modern, clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchenette. Sanitary equipment modern and working well. Owners and staff very attentive to clients needs. Located in quiet and safe area as well as at walking distance to restaurants and takeouts. Free parking.

There was no signal on TV set.

The room was spotless and plenty big enough for us and our luggage. The patio area was perfect in the warm weather at the time. I chose the location to be with easy walking distance of the gardens and zoo, and also close to a good collection of shops and takeaways,
