“Absolutely perfect motel!!. Very clean and tidy unit. When we arrived, heating was on along with the towel heater, very thoughtful. The room was serviced every day.” Amazing staff that were not only friendly but very thoughtful. The hot tub was amazing, but it was a tad bit too hot for me. The location was perfect. Big thank you to the staff and owners of the Atrium. We absolutely loved our stay.

The personnel is nice and helpful. Additional towels for the hot tub. The maintenance personnel is available in less than 15 min. The heat pump was nice, the additional mini heater was nice. There was a rain cover above the hot tub.

Despite being 1/2 the way down the hotel, we could still hear the busy 4-lane (2x2) road. Lots of ants. We had to ask to check the hot tub 3 times (nearly 4) so the hot tub would work properly (unusably low water level, scorching hot, barely warm, off state). I am not sure the price jump for a room with hot tub was worth it. The parking is a bit tricky when crowded.

Loved everything about the room. Was perfect. Like a home away from home. We booked a 2 bedroom unit, so 1 bedroom had a large double bed and a single bed, and the other bedroom had a large double bed with wardrobe, tv with sky, lamps, a mirror, 2 dressing tables, a ranch slider with a small deck and seating area. Lounge had a heat pump, dining table, couch, TV with sky and Netflix, a sink and fridge, microwave, plenty of seating. Bathroom had shower, toilet, vanity, hair dryer, heated towel rail. They had an extension cord in the wardrobe with an iron and ironing board, heater, fan, extra blankets and pillows. We found the location quiet, safe, comfortable and enjoyable. Cleaning staff went above and beyond. We asked for just a couple more towels and they came in and quickly vacuumed, washed dishes, replaced coffee and teas, and replaced linen. Parking - right outside the room. Could carry bags from car to room in 5 steps.

I was looking for a laundry, but found for $10 they will wash and dry and bring your clothes back to your room for you. So that's better than a guest laundry anyway.

We liked the convenience of having a kitchenette in our studio for meal preparation and dining purposes. Our King sized studio was comfortable and roomy enough for a couple.We also enjoyed having a balcony where we could chat and enjoy a glass of wine, in the evening

The only issue we had with our kitchenette was there was no stove or hot plate in the room. The microwave was handy to use but our preference would have been to have a stove or hot plate to cook our food on.

Nice little room. Spacious bathroom. Private little patio area with hot tub was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful

Lounge was a bit small, but still ok. The hot tub wasnt working properly, which is why we booked this particular room, but that man was super helpful in trying to fix this and also gave us a discount because of this. Parking was quite tight. Not for you if you have a large vehicle or cant parallel park

A late one night in booking due to a change in plans. Easy on line. Easy and pleasant check in. Room larger than most and smelled so fresh and clean. Loved the kitchenette which had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and crisp linen. Small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee. Adequate parking available. We needed to recharge and this was a perfect choice.

Only one small issue. Shower head opposite the shower door and when closed not a tight seal bottom left and water ran out into the bathroom. Needed a quick mop up so not too much of an issue.

The location was very convenient and the facility exceptionally clean. We only stayed for a night but will definitely stay again when traveling to Hamilton. The coffee and tea collection were great. Had everything we needed including ironing facility, extra heaters, towels and even a TV in the room.

The unit was smaller than others we have stayed in but we didn't mind at all.

Friendly staff on arrival. Great rooms. We booked a studio and a 2 bedroom unit and they were better than expected. Large bedrooms, living spaces and big bathroom. Very central to everything we needed. We wished we had booked longer. Will definitely stay again.

The second night we were only given 1 towel for 4 people. We had bought some towels so just used those to save bothering staff.

Room was clean and size was okay - very convenient location to town

only real negatives was the lack of cooking facility and no guest laundry. There is a microwave but no containers to use in it and the offers a wash and dry service for a fee

Staff were nice enough, place was nice and clean, private hot tub is such a good time. We loved our stay and will be back.

Some times the hot tub is a bit loud if the jets get exposed ( in and out of the hot tub you loose a little water over time ) if there was a way to have added more water or turn them off ourselves that would have been the cherry on top but its not a complaint just something we noticed. ( they turn all the tubs on and off at the same time i believe 8am-10pm )
