Lovely comfy and roomy couch and large flat screen TV. Large bed. Plenty of space to spread out generally and good aircon. Glass bottle of cold water in fridge on arrival was a nice touch. Plenty of fresh towels replaced daily.

Shower rose was at a fixed height and set up for giants! Could take off the wall, but having to hold onto it is no good. Needed to be a slide shower mechanism. This was the only big detractor for us, meaning showers were disappointingly uncomfortable.

Quantum Motor Inn is like a home away from home. Comfort, style, warmth and just the overall feel of this place really did make us feel at home! Modern, clean, comfy and and an absolute gem that we will definitely be coming back too each time we are in Hamilton. The shower pressure is just next level amazing and could stay in there for hours if I had the time. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo and conditioner as well as bodywash and even little care package with cotton buds etc. Coffee station was fully equipped with biscuits of 2 types and a little bottle of anchor milk. The bed is super comfy and even more perfect with the air con in the bedroom. The ability to completely black out the room for absolute darkness was epic as well. Overall I think this place is a 10/10 way better then hotels!!

Minor thing would be to have the car parks allocated to the rooms. We went out a few times and each time we came back we had to park in different spots furthest away from our unit.

The family apartment was a great configuration with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The boys loved the spa pool in our own private courtyard. The beds were super comfortable and the little extras like the makeup flannels and ample amount of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser was a lovely touch. The air conditioning in each room was also essential as we were there at one of the hottest summers. The laundry facilities were also great and the washing line was in a sunny spot.

Unfortunately the pool didn’t have any shade so it wasn’t used as there was no where for me to supervise my boys as they swim in the intense hot weather.

Me and my 8 yr old daughter stayed, my daughter was excited to sleep on the long couch. I had the big bed to myself it was so comfortable. The hole room very clean loved everything about it

The only thing I didn't like was the car parking.. I have been to a few hotel motels, you park right out side your door. I had to park 5 rooms down from my door. Bringing my daughter things inside and then back out was a huge pain. Owners should remind their customers to park in their car park so it make those who have a lot of stuff to carry it easier for them to carry

Really impressive room/set up. Spacious and comfortable. Lovely beds and just perfect for a family. Room with two singles has plenty of space for kids to play and a tv for cartoon watching. Just a brilliant property. Kitchen was small but functional. 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs was so practical and useful. Especially having a bathroom so close to the spa.

Lounge area was on the smaller size but truely not a negative just more an observation. Bedrooms bigger than kitchen/living rooms.

Our stay was superb. The bed was so comfortable, best I’ve ever slept in at a motel. The room is a great size and the bathroom is huge. We travelled up to the Waikato and got in late, but got a text to say our key was in our room and the heat pump was on. Felt like I was going to stay at my parents house. So sweet of them to do that. Had a spa the first night we were there and it was exactly what we needed after our long trip. It was a perfect temperature and it worked. Definitely recommend this place for comfort, location, facilities and cost.

We were in a family apartment and there was plenty of space and it was warm. The beds were comfy and the facilities were clean. The kids had plenty of space to play in the front room. The spa was a favourite.

As we had a family I decided to cook and discovered that the pots didn't fit with the steamer/lids and the microwave was making a clunking sound. They found suitable pots promptly and would look into the microwave issue as it worked [I did mention microwave only upon leaving]..

Very clean. Well soundproofed.Friendly staff. Close to supermarkets. And - if you feel so inclined and have the time- a gym, a small pool( with a spa bath) and a spa bath in the room ( the latter being, in my opinion a waste of water and energy : give me a good shower any day-which the room has).

Location is a little out of town on the edge of a business park- but that does mean that it's reasonably easy to get to. Not a scenic area. It is also expensive when compared to many other motels that we stayed at. I felt that we were paying for facilities which we were not going to use.

I have over 30 years in the hospitality industry so my expectations are probably higher than most with an eye for detail so I was beyond impressed! Ultra clean, tick. Complimentary iced water, teas and coffees including plunger coffee, tick. A shower that has additional jets and super roomy to accommodate my 6ft4" partner, tick. Off-street parking, tick. Despite being school holidays and families staying at the motel it was quiet and peaceful with no traffic noise. The bed was generous, a must when your partner needs all the space, and the room was beautifully appointed.

Couldn't fault your motel at all and will definitely pay a return visit.

The place was super clean, provided everything you needed, including quality tea/coffee and snack items. It was also great that they provided a little bottle of milk instead of those fiddly milk pods. The bed and bedding was exquisitely comfortable and felt clean. Huge bathroom with awesome shower pressure and choices, shampoo etc was well provided and kitchen had everything we required. So happy with our choice to stay here, we will definitely stay again if we are back in Hamilton.
