Perfect location fir what we needed, we were lucky enough to receive an extra space for carpark in front of our ground floor unit which was appreciated as we had 2 classic cars. Lovely swimming pool which was used. Clean and even tho a complex did not hear anyone else upstairs or next to us moving around great soundproofing.

Only thing we missed a second toilet with 4 adults. And the oven settings,, temp icons had worn off so we had to guess where right settings were but we did no worries as only heated up quiche. Perfect location close to town with nice outlook. Beds a little short if you have over 6ft people but most of us fine.

Comfortable modern apartment that had everything we needed. Was warm and spacious. Comfy clean bed and linen. Great info book. Excellent and friendly staff communication. Easy check in and out. Close to town so walking distance. One of the nicest places I have stayed in Hanmer. Yes we had a couple of wee 'didn't likes' but we would absolutely stay again.

- really small coffee cups - a couple of areas could've been cleaned better i.e toilet window frame and shower frameware had obvious grime when in spa bath HOWEVER Our positives far outway our negatives but for the price we paid, it would've been nice to have a spotless apartment. No doubt it is one of the better places to stay and we would have no hesitation recommending and staying in the future. It is lovely.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The facilities in the rooms were well maintained and easy to use. As a large group sharing two apartments, we had ample space, even in the shared room. Banquet room was great for our group doing shared dinner of BBQ. The location was great, everything is a 5min walk the apartments.

Could there be some lighting by the BBQ area. We were told there was no lighting and used torches on our phones. We had planned to be there at 5pm but arrived late and it was dark. The pool and BBQ area are available 8am-8pm and it would benefit from solar lights or other lighting.

The location was within walking distance to everything in town, including walking tracks, restaurants & the spa/thermal pools. Very nice apartment, well designed & furnished. The view of the surrounding mountains was beautiful.

I felt it would have been better to have a shower separate from the large bathtub. Since the thermal pools were so close a hot tub in the apartment was unnecessary. Besides the tub was so high we were a bit concerned about getting in and out of it safely with out falling.

Fantastic location, wonderful view, walking distance to everything. Clean with good kitchen facilities cooker, hob, fridge, washer and dryer, clothes rack. Sky TV.....2 comfy long couches and comfy beds with electric blankets

Smart TV had no option for streaming services which should be available. Freezer box needed defrosting Drain in bathroom sink needs cleaning These are all minor issues, that did not affect our overall fantastic stay

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Good size two bedroom apartment with study area and balcony. Kitchen well equipped though toaster was in a cupboard quite high up so challenging to get down. Great views over the golf course and the mountain range. Lift for upper floors. Car parking onsite.

The spa pool was virtually empty so couldn’t use it and had dirt in what was left of the water. The swimming pool could do with a handrail by the steps for safety. I had a hip replacement a few months ago and am still rebuilding strength in that leg and could not get out of the pool as the steps are quite deep. I had to crawl out and across to the table to pull myself up. Had there been a hand rail it would not have been a problem. The tiles on the walkway outside the apartments had lots of dirty marks on them. They could do with a scrub. The apartment was clean, excepting for behind the bedroom door where there was a lot of dust buildup on the skirtings.

Spacious apartments, comfortable beds and loved the outdoor swimming pool. Lovely balcony.

Pool was kept covered most of the time in 30 degree heat! You had to drag the pool cover off yourself if you wanted a swim. I checked with the owner/manager if it was OK to take off the cover and she said 'as long as you cover it back when you're finished' Also, the pool was supposed to be open until 8pm each day but gates were locked at 5.15pm and 4.30pm on 2 days we stayed.

Great location- close to hot pools, town and also the electric car charging area in town spacious apartment

Not enough space in the kitchen - to put supplies , we had to have all our stuff in the bench , and the cupboards were only half empty Also their was a weird blue light on the balcony - unable to turn it off , blind in bedroom didn’t shut it out so bedroom was quite light

Excellent accommodation,our 2nd visit to Clearidge, and we will be back again too. Great location, excellent facilities, warm comfortable apartment with electric blankets, sky TV, comfortable living room area, washer, dryer, fridge and all you could need. Walking distance to everything And brilliant spa just up the road...Vibrant Living is a must!

The room was so luxurious I wasn't expecting it to be that fancy we had plenty of room for our family of 6. The beds were super comfortable. The decor was very tasteful and they have thought of everything. We didn't realize there was a spa until we got there so that was a nice surprise

The only thing that was slightly frustrating was the kids decided to have a quick spa before leaving but it was cold! So not sure if the switch had been bumped or what.
