3-5 minute walk to everything Was big enough for our stay , didn’t hear any adjoining neighbours, we had the two bedroom unit tucked away up the top. Unsure wether we were supposed to get serviced or not , but we did have our own xtra tea coffee etc and we where 4 ladies who didn’t need it anyway.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the property because we did, only one thing I would say would be, there was no where to store our food it was out on the bench, possibly another cabinet to get food out of site an the bench a more useable space to prepare .

Comfortable, quiet two bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. Air-conditioned. Nice balcony. Easy flat walk to thermal pools. Towels supplied for use at thermal pools was great surprise. Great restaurants close by and easy walk to Main Street.

Bathroom could do with an upgrade but was quite adequate for our stay.

Amazing staff, so helpful! Thank you to the man working that day, you really helped me at a very difficult time. The man helped me with bags on arrival and depature aswell as helped me with my children and making up an extra bed. Smart TV was a plus and everything worked well. Will be back to book again. Location was brilliant so close to everything. Room was large and had a nice balcony.

The beds were not very comfortable

The kitchen and bathroom should never be in the same orientation. Opening the bathroom door gets opened to kitchen area and this is absolute no for us. Also the shower head is too low in the shower which is very inconvenient for tall or people with moderate heights. These things should be addressed and improved for a comfortable stay for every guest.

One room with very large bed and single bed for three people. Very comfy bed. Small but adequate kitchen, which we only needed for breakfast. Balcony with sun was lovely. Two heaters in the room. Bathroom perfectly okay, hot shower. Walked to hot pools and restaurant. We chose largely due to location/price. Only needed 1 night. Quiet. Owner very nice.

After 5 weeks touring NZ, the location great. The owner if this motel has done his homework. Good shower adequate cooking facilities with excellent electric frying pan which is sufficient to do most things. Big plus: individual bedside lights and hooks to hang things, sorely missing from other motels

It works! If it ain't broken don't try to fix it.

Both my partner and I were satisified with the location of the motel, as we'd been driving for long periods and just needed to get out for a walk, to the pools, mini golf and the city centre. the room we were provided with meet our expectations, with the size of the bed and the cleaniness of the room, with the comfortable feeling of the matress, and the options of DVD's is the office exceeding our expectations.

Regarding the batroom, our light did flicker a few times before turing on.

Great wee touches the coffee plunger cookies and chocolate. Loved how big the lounge part was

Wasnt an issue but if had to name something with little kids I would recommend padlocks on sliding door so little ones they can't reach. My young son wanted to go outside and hang over the rail.

Very good helpful, friendlýl owners. Great information and updates freely relaid via mobile. Walking distance to all amenities of the village, loved that the pools were just an short easy walking, distance and towels provided

Though the units were getting abit tired looking, the owners have still managed to keep a reasonable warmth feeling to unit. Hoping that units remain at an affordable price for many NZ families to help the hospitality keep going

Located close to the hot pools, easy to find. Very clean and the host was lovely. They had put our heater on in our room, which was very warm and cosy, a nice touch

Unable to watch sky sports nor connect a device to the tv. I know it's not a big deal, but wanted to watch the league.
