This motel is one of the best I've stayed in, in any country. The facilities were great - fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, comfortable bed and a decent-sized TV. Location is wonderful, and walking distance to everything - beach, cafes, shopping centre and supermarket for groceries. So quiet too - slept like a baby. Staff were super- friendly, and nothing was a problem. I would absolutely recommend this motel - Amy and her team will make it a very pleasant stay.

Nothing - I've traveled all over the world, and this motel rates as one of the best.

WiFi super fast. Good location. Large room. Sky sport was a bonus. Lots of parking.

Some milk would have been nice to have at least been offered for the room to make coffee. felt bit sorry for the family dog that is outside most of the day and barks a bit. Location of room 14 might be issue for those with mobility as you can’t park outside it. Also people sitting at table in front of room and no net curtains felt awkward having to close the full curtains in daylight for privacy. Suggest rather than just a blind on kitchen window would have been good for a curtain too as it was light very early and a neighbouring house looks right in.

The location was fantastic, unless we wanted to do day trips we walked everywhere. The staff (cleaners and family filling in) were just awesome. We had some great banter and they really looked after us. Unit was spotless but would may recommend the following. A fry pan for cooking and a bigger rubbish bin, otherwise faultless

No privacy - some trellis between the units would have been good.

Great location, spacious room, huge TV. The kitchen was well set up and provided all necessary utensils for cooking. Very clean and tidy. Friendly unit owner, good value for money. 2nd time we have stayed there and would stay again.

The bathroom (and possibly kitchen) could do with an extractor fan, the room and bathroom steamed up during the night, leaving a lot of condensation on all the windows. However should note that everything was very clean, no problems with damp in the unit. Also, the bed was a little soft and starting to roll into the middle (but I do prefer a very firm mattress)

Location was very convieninent. Good facilities were provided including kitchen and spa bath.

Provided wall heaters did not give good heating for the entire space. The particular unit we stayed did not have parking in front of it and we had to park about 10m away, which was not a big issue.

Comfortable all round experience, good location to walk into town centre. Well equipped kitchen from the look of it.

There was some confusion about the room. Gave us a 1 bedroom initially but we had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. They did change it when we challenged it. Blamed a problem with the booking system.

Location was excellent and the receptionist recommended the Pioneer Hotel behind the motel as an excellent place to have a meal. Hotel and the meal was excellent in every respect. Good choice of a place to stay.

Why in a spacious room is there only one easy chair to relax in and watch T. V. The rooms are obviously for 2 people and two easy chairs should be provided. The bathroom is a good size also but there is absolutely no where to hang clean clothes when showering. Only negatives in an otherwise good motel.

We had a lovely sunny, spacious family room and the kids enjoyed the trampoline and area in the back to play. The shower was fabulous! We would highly recommend Heritage Highway Motel and look forward to another opportunity to stay. Thank you so much!

The large couch in our unit was quite uncomfortable to sit on. It felt like any support in it had given up.

Didn’t have breakfast. Close to town My partner collapsed while staying here and owners of motel were incredibly helpful. Even to point of collecting me from hospital late at night. Couldn’t recommend them more. I was very grateful for their assistance at an incredibly stressful time.

The motel was well maintained and looked freshly painted. There is lots of space inside and a nice outdoor area. There was a bath in our unit and a stove top for cooking. The location is handy to town and very quiet.

Units would benefit from having a fan during the summer months.
