I loved the kitchen facilities, very clean and orderly and nice to have access to cups and glasses. The bathroom was clean and fit for purpose and it was a bonus to have the toilet in the separate shower cubicle.

I had trouble with the lock code on arrival. My code didn't open the door to my allocated cabin. As there was no one in the other cabins I tried the lock code on a different cabin and got in. I also got locked after visiting the bathroom as the lock code changed while absent. I had to wake up the manager for assistance but this was remedied pretty quickly.

The owner was very helpful and great communication, especially when we needed to stay another night. When the weather is nice, the room feels like you're on holiday somewhere wonderful. Although the heat pump definitely helped! Everything we needed, great space! Very central to everything.

The walls are very thin so a bit of noise from next room. Needs blackout blinds instead of venetian as there was a bit of light coming through, on end room. And towel rails by shower would be good and a hand towel rail by bathroom sink. But there are rails on the back wall, so all good 👍

I loved my room, it was clean and inviting, nice to have a little mini fridge as well.

It was a bit disconcerting when you would open your room using your palm to wake up entry to room. Then it would allow you to put your 4 digit code in, but afterwards would keep saying “the battery was low and batteries needed replacing.” I was concerned that the battery would go flat and I wouldn’t be able to get back into my room. Also I was never completely sure if my room was locked, as once in, I would try and lock the room, but no matter which way I turned the latch on the inside door, I could still open the door. Made me feel a little uneasy that someone could get in from the outside.

We really like the decor of the unit - it had a very chilled beach vibe. Great location for us to explore the area. The place was clean, it was pretty quiet for a motel, aircon worked well and heated up the unit super fast, wifi/tv fine, hot shower. Great value for money. We would be happy to stay again :-)

Nothing major just the bed was a bit too soft for us and the bedroom smelled a little bit (probably just needed to be aired out more). It was a bit of a shame that we didn't get to meet the staff during the 3 days but again not a big deal.

Leigh is an absolutely lovely place and Leigh Central is fantastic. It’s a “coastel” - coastal motel - but it’s unlike any motel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was decorated like a beautiful beach house, it was spotlessly clean, the furnishings were of very high quality and really tastefully done, the kitchen was well stocked and the shower was hot! Nice comfy bed too. Nice little veranda to sit on that got the sun in the morning. Lovely!

Nothing, it’s perfect

Will highly recommend, the interior was beach hut vibe and was comfortable and clean. Appreciated having a Marley speaker as we were having a girls trip away and this came in handy for sure. Only 5 min walking distance from Leigh Sawmill. The Tesla charger was an added bonus!

I did expect to see a King and 2 singles, not a trundler, but other than that it was fine.

Very clean small cabin.You get use of the lounge and kitchen on the campsite.Outside toilets with pin.Easy check in as the code is send to you.Leigh has only got one pub the food is very good.You might have to book during peak season.There is one take away and a little shop.Lovely walk along the coast.Great overnight stay.

The price a liitle expensive for shared facilities.

Glad wrap haaa we took food to make platter but here was nothing in the kitchen to be able to wrap or cover food . Champagne glass are always good

The room was nice and clean. The beds super comfy. Aircon in the room was fantastic too. Having a carpark right outside the door was excellent too.

Not a biggie. The TV was a tad small (32inch). It definitely wouldn't stop me staying there again though.

convenience value for money and exceptionally clean. we didn’t meet any staff but I’m sure they were excellent. the idea of the room door code was a great idea.

everything was excellent. would highly recommend. if I really had to be picky providing a box of tissues would be good…. the bed, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. I read the driveway is going to be done. once this is done it will look very good.
