It was very central, across the road were multiple supermarkets, fast food places etc which was so convenient. The room was spacious and had all you needed in terms of cooking facilities, we even got given a small milk! The room also had Netflix which we loved

At night the room was very bright, there were outdoor lights outside each room that stayed on all night and the room only had blinds over the window so the light shone through all night. Both of us struggled to sleep due to the brightness

An excellent location to explore the centre of New Plymouth. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. Parking was good though a very long car may have trouble. The bed mattress was very firm which is fine if you like that (I prefer soft). The tv had Netflix though the seats were a little hard. However there is really very little to complain about and actually this is a very good motel. We spent 3 nights there exploring New Plymouth. Our one main issue was it’s right next to a very busy road so lots of car noise. If you are used to car noise then you probably wont really notice (but we are from the country where it is quiet). A Pak n Save just across the road with lots of eating places very nearby made eating something very easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. If firm bed mattress and car noise doesn’t bother you then stay here!

On arrival it’s easy to think you have booked a hotel in an industrial area, but once you get your, bearings , you realise it’s I perfect location just minutes away from the main activities in town with an easy access to roads leading out of town. The hosts were very friendly and helpful . We stayed 5 nights so booked a larger room for the extra space and were greeted with 2 spacious bedrooms , as well as a small sitting area , and functional kitchen and bathroom. Everything worked, everything we needed was in the unit , plenty of space and a very comfortable bed.

If you wanted to be particular, you could say that the area could be a touch noisy at times , but it honestly never affected our sleep or enjoyment of the room.

Close walking distance to supermarkets, service stations, takeaway outlets and main cbd. Complex very clean and tidy. Also easy walk to the great coastal walk.

On a main road which is one direction only. Traffic noise during daylight hours but quietens down at night. Be patient when exiting complex to join traffic flow during peak times.

Location excellent. Can walk into town. Lots restaurants nearby and close to walkway. Opposite Pak and save. it was Christmas and the proprietor handed out Christmas tree shaped short bread biscuits. A nice touch and appreciated. Tea coffee and biscuits in room. All sky channels and netflix. Very clean. Would recommend and stay here again. Thought it may have been noisy but it wasn't and we were unit next to road. thank you

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The range of toiletries were good, the staff were helpful and friendly, and parking was at the door. There were many cafes close by and the supermarket across the road.

Unfortunately, the micro venetians didn’t block light from the security lights outside very well so the rooms were not dark enough for us. The room was beside the driveway into the property so all vehicles had to past by. The wardrobe in the main bedroom was musty so the extra pillows stored in there had a nasty odour. The air freshener provided in the bathroom caused us to feel ill. We were allocated the multi ability room which was not what we had booked. I had requested confirmation of our booking as I had cause to change it well in advance but that was not received.

We loved our stay! The owners went the extra mile to accommodate us after we were unable to make it for the first night that we had booked due to a situation out of our control. They let us change our dates and come the following day for our 2 night stay. The owner was so kind and understanding over the phone while we organised the change in our booking. When we arrived, it was clear to us that the owners loved hosting and had put a lot of thought into the little details! The Motor Inn was clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. The beds were lovely, not too hard, and not too soft. Our stay was made so much better by having a great place to stay. We liked it so much we spent extra time during the day relaxing in our spacious and quiet room. Thank you very much for having us! I highly recommend staying at this Motor Inn.

That i couldn't stay longer!

The location is excellent. You don't even have to drive anywhere. It's close to supermarkets, fast food, nice restaurants, and just a few blocks away from the coastal walkway. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was serviced every day. Even the outside was spotless without stuff laying around. We really enjoyed our stay. The Asure Abodeon Courtenay is highly recommended.

Reception was welcoming, friendly, and warm. The first impression of the room was on key as soon as we opened the door. Couldn't fault anything in or with the room it was well stocked with condiments and very clean. Handy to all shopping needs, Pak n Save, Woolworth, restaurants, petrol stations, and fast food outlets are within 2 mins walk on either side of motel. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Location - walkable to town. Grocery store near by. Clean and comfortable room. Provided late check in following drive up after work.

Couches were small to fit room but not very comfortable for watching TV. Placement of plugs in bedroom made it impossible to plug in phone chargers. Parking was tricky when units were full. A mop would be handy to dry bathroom floor from disability shower (in between cleaning).
