The motel unit was great , bed options great , extremely comfortable , electric blankets and heaters available .. information clear and easy to follow ie wifi. Daily room service and fresh towels was incredible Able to have my elderly deaf and almost blind dog with us was incredible , he’s no trouble just 100% dependent on me . My second visit here .

The unit bathroom is still under renovation , no change since visit in May .. but shower fantastic , water temp great Maybe need some hooks in bathroom for clothing etc when showering .

Relaxed setting, near the river and a park, short stroll to main shopping area, lots of outdoor space. Relaxed vibe. Manager and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. I had two bikes and they were quite happy to store these inside (which was not the case at many other places I stayed at on this trip). I would quite happily stay here again.

Slightly older facilities but well kept and very clean.

Perfect accomodation for my family and pet. Clean, good size, comfortable and met all our needs at an affordable price. Highly recommend! My son especially liked the colour changing pot plant outside his bedroom window. Our daughter enjoyed the cot which was comfortable and cosy.

The queen size bed mattress is a bit too soft which caused the two people sleeping in it to roll into the middle, into each other which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. The single beds were comfortable though.

This little motel is in great location but on a surprisingly quiet street. Stayed for one night only and loved that my dog could also stay with us. Owner was friendly, they even called us to say that we forgot our dog bed behind. Room is exceptionally clean… so other guests need not to worry about it being pet friendly and having doggy smell. It also has everything we need. Oh and the water pressure of the shower was great too.

Beautifully clean and spacious unit. Close walk to main street, beautiful walk alongside river. Quiet location - no traffic or other noise whatsoever. Accessible bathroom was totally manageable independantly.

The heater was cold to touch even though the light indicated it was on, it wasn't. Came to realise it must be dysfunctional as there was black tape around the plug where the cord connects. Looked pretty dodgy. The spare blanket had a brown mark on it, which was a bit ugh too.

Comfortable rooms. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The first room we stayed in (9) needs a little work (door seal kept falling off the shower, lamp in bedroom is frayed) but still comfortable. The second room we stayed in (7) was fantastic - everything in good shape, better layout etc. Owner is very friendly. Great location in Westport. We'd come back.

Very quiet, very warm, host had turned one of the 3 heaters on for us so we walked into a warm room! The 2nd bedroom also had its own heater. Bed verycomfortable, well equipped kitchenette. Quiet fridge ( frequent travelers will appreciate this)! Laundry facilities were good, relying on an honesty box, very affordable, new machines in very clean condition. Would definitely recommend.

Great location by the river. Not too far to town either. Room was a great size. Staff were very helpful and had lots of recommendations for places to eat in town. We went to the Denniston Dog for dinner which was brilliant. Rooms were nice and warm. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful lady made sure I was looked after and went out of her way for me and my granddaughter and great granddaughter..I rate this motel 100% just out of this world go stay yourll enjoy your stay and hospitality shes 1 in a million. Im going back for share

Excellent accommodation

Quiet motel on the edge of town at good price. A bit of renovation going on so office set-up was a bit messy, but the servicing of the rooms is first class.

Not keen on dogs being allowed into the rooms which occurred for two nights during our stay. That's a game-changer for us!
