I loved everything. Just disappointed I didn't have time to take a good look at all the wonderful collectables in the garage.

Politic talk at breakfast 👀, especially as I am unvaccinated, never had covid and attended the Wgtn protest. Best to keep politics away from the dining table. Especially when one of the hosts are pro labor. Wasn't OK and made me feel very uncomfortable. The guy.... liked him a lot. Mate... go to Kaiteriteri, you'll love it xx

From driving up the driveway I could tell this was going to be a lovely place and I wasn’t wrong. Ian and Isobel are so welcoming they Can’t do enough for you. The room was so comfy and they thought of everything even a lovely treat was left for us each night 😊 we will certainly be back when we return to NZ

Isabel and Allan have a lovely home full of art and collectables. The room was spacious and had everything we needed -comfortable bed, a couch, walk-in closet, ensuite, desk, tea&coffee jug and fridge with water, milk and treats! they joined us for a chat each morning over breakfast, which was full continental with choices and home made jam! They have a beautiful garden and had fresh flowers in our room. We also got to explore Allan’s mini museum of antiques collected and displayed in a double space garage!

The hosts were so friendly and kind and full of helpful advice about the town and region. Breakfast was lovely with homemade jam and preserves. The room was huge with a lovely warm comfortable bed and great shower. I was not expecting the couch or the extra little touches like the flowers, the many beautiful paintings and chocolates. Thank you. The rooms were super clean and warm. It was really nice seeing the collectors museum. The hosts did everything to make me feel at home. I highly recommend staying here.

Convenient location. Very comfortable bed and sitting area, private bathroom. Poor options for television but only stayed one night

Staying in a room in the middle of a private residence is a little uncomfortable for me. The hosts were nice, the continental breakfast was good, as was the conversation over breakfast.

Great location. Walking distance to town. Property is peaceful, warm and lots of space. Clean and tidy with everything you need. Great selection of breakfast available with homemade preserved. Friendly hosts.

Handy to what I needed. Room etc was clean and tidy. Hosts are very friendly.

The only thing I found was with the hallway light on, it shines either side of the door and let's a lot of light in. Forgot to say in the morning

The owners made you feel very welcome and gave great advice and local knowledge was extremely useful. The breakfast was very tasteful and included home made produce as well.

Isabelle and Alan went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. It was so lovely to be able to share their home with them. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee wonderful!

Duvet cover was a little warm. We were able to use a single blanket from the wardrobe for the two of us. (Sorry, we forgot to mention that over breakfast.)

Location and room were excellent. Very clean and warm with good space and comfortable furnishings. Hosts were exceptionally hospitable, informative and genuinely friendly.

There wasn't anything to dislike.
