We chose 2 bedrooms unit this time and it was over-expected then the pictures seeing on booking.com. It's perfect size for us even we were able to invite our parents to join our dinner on 6-seats dinning table for the holidays. Staffs were nice and tried hard to offer the service during the holidays and it's really appreciated.

Only one thing annoying during the stay is our neighbors who has smoking habits and they took turns to smoke outside of their room however it makes us to close the windows when the temperature went up in the daytime. Luckily they only stayed 2 days so we don't need to share the second-hand smoke from them again and again. On the other hand it will be even better if they do have flexibility on taking credit card without surcharge for the rooms especially we stayed for 5 nights.

Everything! Modern felt like my home but better decor and loved the Sky and channels, Huge Tv Shower was Awesome!!! Rooms and beds very comfy. Great Access in and out of Motel for a huge Van and Reception lady was lovely.

No Spa but was getting renovated. Dryer was not drying properly unless it was me and didnt no how to work it. Overall still was my favourite would love too get me a holiday home just like this. Thank u so much will come again.

Great value for money, our go to accommodation when visiting family in Invercargill. Staff friendly, motel is clean, warm & comfortable. Enjoyed the refurbished bathroom, and the extra TV in the bedroom is great for a family travelling.

No complaints, but found the one bedroom apartment 'living area' a lil cramped in comparison to the two bedroom 'living area' which we normally book. Still great value though.

Room was very clean, and totally refitted out. Shower was Gas so good pressure and TV was massive, cutlery etc brand new. Staff were very accommodating.

The bed was as hard as rocks, but looking at it, I stripped sheet off, and it had a mattress protector and potentially that was making the bed hard as the bed looked new and comfortable but maybe the mattress protector had taken a good portion of that plushness away. Not a great fan of Linoleum lounge floor, very industrial like. Could have been softened with a rug, but unit was quiet and very clean

Easy to navigate to and from town. Was close to the stadium where we had an event to attend. Room was clean, didn't get to use the kitchen but had all amenities needed, also a separate laundry room. Massive TV in the lounge room and smaller one in main bedroom. Electric blankets on beds and heatpump heated the unit. Checkin was easy, lovely lady at reception

We were upgraded to unit 11. This is a new unit with 3 bedrooms.....which we didn't need....and we paid for a 1 bedroom unit. It was a super unit. Couldn't fault it at all. Plus we were going to a funeral at 2pm and had driven 5 hours.....and we were able to check in at 1pm which was fabulous) Thankyou! Very warm, friendly welcome too. Loved chatting with you 3 girls!

Nice new room with heaps of space. The shower was brilliant. The room overall was really clean and tidy. I also really liked that they were trying to be environmentally friendly by recycling and not having small toiletries in the bathroom.

The unit was missing a few kitchen items, a mixing spoon and enough cutlery for the maximum number of guests in the room would have been great. Also, the kitchen rubbish and recycling bins were a bit small for a family unit with a kitchen. Having a high table with bar stools only isnt ideal for a family room either.

The unit was very clean and tidy and had all the conveniences you would expect in a motel.

We advised the Motel of a late check in time due to the arrival of our flight into Invercargill (8.30pm) - would be great if the heat pump was turned on to warm the unit up. The temperature in Invercargill was about -3 degrees.

Proximity to places we wanted to go, and people we wanted to visit Quiet, and comfortable bed/pillows

Décor very tired and needs to be addressed - a ‘stitch in time’. Street signage could be lit at night for visitors returning who are not familiar with the location - turn into driveway to units 1-6.

Clean big rooms. Cooking was no problem and so was laundry. As we booked the 3 bedrooms, the kids of friends (2 families in 2 other apartments) came over to watch their favorite movies and had their kids' night. Adults had their "we" time.

nothing really to say that we didn't like. We booked the place for a good night sleep, kids night, cooking, and laundry. This were all achieved.
