The bedroom and its facilities were a good standard. Staff were on hand to help with luggages. As a booking.com customer, our bedroom was upgraded. The Airport shuttle was not used, but I am assured that it is available.

The complimentary breakfast was cold each time we went to the kitchen. There were not enough plates. Plates are washed and wiped with same cloth. There were not enough sitting area for guests to sit and have breakfast. I did not have breakfast on the last day/ morning. The restaurant manager was unavailable to assist, when I made attempt to complain

Great and Helpful staffs. Food is AMAZING, the Chef or Chef whoever that is, Is such a GREAT cook. I would love to tip him/her. I would always prefer to Buy their Food than eat the complimentary breakfasts.

The management must please stand on their rules of Non smoking in the rooms. It’s sad some guests might really mess their efforts

Bed and mattress was comfortable, room was spacious, good air conditioning system. Towels were clean and big enough to wrap round. Services were swift. Good car parking area. Would recommend it to friends and family.

Choices of inclusive breakfast were limited, no varieties of food and you then have to buy your own fruit juice. Also, the shower curtain could do with being in the bath tub rather than out of it as it makes water splashes on the floor.

Not being able to make meal selections at dinner as your preference is ridiculous. You cannot force someone who is vegetarian to select a protein if they are a vegetarian in this 21st century!! I was forced to pay for 3 entrees one night just because i needed to have some rice with my meal!!

This is my first time traveling outside of the country into Nigeria. My only dislike is like most hotels I’m used to, they have small face & hand towels. They only provide large towels which is a big change from the U.S. Not a super big deal but could have brought my own if I had known. Not a major issue though.

I didn’t have time for breakfast but the Front staff was very accommodating and helpful. I also appreciated the free ride to the airport and especially how concerned they were about getting me to the airport on time.

I needed a container for my leftover food and the restaurant staff stated that I have to purchase it. I have never heard of such. The food was purchased from the facility restaurant.

breakfast: spaghetti and corned beef sauce - a bit surprising, but no scrambled and/or boiled egg and butter with the bread, which I would have expected for a hotel of this class. In booking.com breakfast was listed as „included“: however, I have been told by hotel staff that it was only included for 1 person, i.e. NGN 4‘000 to be paid extra for the 2nd person. In the context of a double room this is surprising and not something one would expext when reading the booking.com description. Contrarily to the claim in booking.com and during the time of my stay there was no airport pickup offered by the hotel

The breakfast was delicious, but the restaurant was a bit small.

I have to use a c-pap for breathing while I'm asleep. The interruption of power during the evening and at night wakes me up every time the power goes out. One night in particular the hotel lost power 3 times.

This hotel is now the place to be from now on when visiting Lagos. The warm welcome I received by greeting me by name made me feel at home. I'm usually a frequent Radisson guest, but Hollace has now sealed the icing on the cake. Their customer service is unmatched

The ambience at the poolside is so inviting and provides a relaxed atmosphere. The chef makes the time at this hotel a phenomenal experience

It took me more than 25 minutes to get confirmed with my bookings with booking.com. I later found out that because my rate was cheaper than the seller rate of the room at the reception, they wanted me to cancel. That's not professional enough. The receptionist was so confused and was busy making calls and pressing her calculator. In an attempt to make me cancel from bookings.com, I insisted I be given the same rate as listed on my bookings.
