There was 24hr electricity, the shower was great, the availability of hot water. The deco in the hotel was great. The restaurant was nice too. They have a pool but did not explore.

the balcony was not worth it. There was no great view. Wifi did not work.

Nothing that you expect as the European about Lagos reading blogs and other traveling forums is true. This city is safe, friendly, modern, and welcoming. The same is true with the Riggs Embassy. It can be called apart hotel due to its size, it has a nice pool and a good location. The staff is extremely friendly, kind, polite and helpful. The hotel offers excellent cleaning service as well as other services on demand. The bed is comfy and the rooms are spacious. Netflix, Prime Video, and other platforms are available. The power cut-offs are not so annoying due to generators.

A little bit too cold in the halls, corridors, and restaurant, poor food service (identical breakfast every day, no variety of meals to choose from, only Barefoot wine available)

Good. Given a room with balcony for the price of de luxe room. I appreciate that after a long journey. Quiet, though with intermittent renovation noises. Nice balcony. Clean interior, corridors. Toiletries?

No computer facilities to correct some business papers quickly and print in colour. Car hire service. Adjoining drainage canal smells bad from balcony. Restricted tv channels and poor reception of most channels available. Restricted menu of local dishes. My wife survived on the and bread, due to restricted local menu.

The hotel room is clean and beautiful, the room is spacious with clean toilet. theThe staff are friendly, the security guy is helpful, it's close to the embassy and almost all the major places in Victoria island, it's in the heart of island in Lagos, their meal is too delicious, everything about this hotel is too good. I'm definitely coming back with my family.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel.. everything about this hotel is perfect.

We rented a room with double beds. The beds were connected to each other which made it a one huge bed instead of two separate beds. Even though we reserved for 3 people, breakfast only covered one meal per room The elevator didnt work at all while we were there - we had a person on our crew that recently had a surgery, and we chose the hotel for the reason it had an elevator.

I left the property for as early as 6am, and couldn’t go back, so no chance to have a taste of their breakfast. The location is a top notch for serenity, security (just beside the Army and I think Air/Naval base and proximity. I booked it for USA Embassy, and it’s a more than perfect location, 4-5mins drive to Embassy and about 10-15mins walk. Lovely experience!

I was given just a Towel, so you can improve on that, let the towel be surplus.

Music in the corridor played non-stop and audible in rooms, which are supposed to be quite. Music in the lobby may be justified, but not in the corridors of bed rooms. It is the only negative point, otherwise, a fantastic place to stay.

I always stay here, so it’s pretty decent for me. Food doesn’t get me sick, place is clean and the staff are helpful.

AC in some rooms aren’t as cold, might require some maintenance but the staff was really helpful to move me to a room where the AC was really cold.
