The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable the toilet very good and everything was cleaned every day. The breakfast was different from other hotels I visited. It included local food mostly and little European style. it was tasty though. The restaurant, bar and pool bar were open even at late hours and could eat a variety of food preparing it at that time, it was not already cooked and just warmed up, it was freshly cooked and of good quality. The hotel had a supermarket next to it in the same plot. this was very helpful. Also there was a lot of security which made us feel very safe. the whole area was enclosed and a code was requested to pass and the hotel's plot was closing every night.

It looks that there is an electricity problem in the area because there were power cuts every day for a few minutes Some times the pressure of the water was not enough, probably due to the power problems.

At first I didn’t like the room, but they are given to me because things were working and I didn’t feel like it satisfied my needs however, the room that was upgraded was absolutely beautiful and the staff are very helpful and to help making it a pleasurable stay for me The location was amazing as well There is a gym is open all day there’s a restaurant and a ball and a little leisure area. The hotel was very comfortable and lovely. The showers were powerful. The TV was working on the Wi-Fi or strong but sometimes disconnected. Peter was absolutely amazing and helpful. The cleaners that attended to the rooms was so wonderful and trustworthy. This is definitely a property that I will book again

I didn’t like that there was nothing you could do around other than within the hotel so in that sense, the location wasn’t as great as the breakfast wasn’t consistently nice every day but was still very nice to have

What an amazing experience. Staff is (and they all look the part too!) extremely professional, friendly and helpful. From the cleaner to the front desk: everyone has the same high standard. I will also add that they actually wave you out when you leave which gives it an extra personal touch. The location of the hotel was amazing too. We love to spend time in Ikoyi and the location was very safe and pleasant. Very clean and nice rooms. We didn't use the swimming pool but we did enjoy the top terrace to relax and the vibes were immaculate! Also, the little supermarket they have on site and the fact there's a gym makes it even better.

Everything was better than expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel Concierge Extradonaire’ was so helpful and great with all the guests. In fact, all the staff we had encounters with during our stay were amazing, welcoming, professional, and attentive, ensuring we felt comfortable and well cared for despite our limited time at the hotel. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and provided a peaceful environment, allowing us to relax after a long journey.! Will definitely recommend this hotel to others.The poolareas was very good and the gym had an awesome view. The room was clean and the location is amazing. Thank you, I will come again

Safe and secure neighborhood in a central location in Ikoyi which makes easily accessible to the island and mainland Lagos. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always available to assist. There is a supermarket on the premises which makes it easy to get some basic conveniences. All round great value for money

The restaurant menu was very limited and didn't offer much diversity. This also applies to the breakfast. The water supply was not always consistent and was salty often which made it impossible to drink or use it to make coffee or tea unless you didn't mind the weird taste. Even though this water situation would be known to the management they only provide 1 500ml bottle of water in the room. They should consider putting at least 2 bottles of water in the room especially since the tap water is not drinkable and cannot be used to make coffee or tea most times.

All the staff at Astoria are very polite and aim to please.. the hotel booking was for my son and I, but they were welcoming to my family who visited… the facilities at the Astoria are great, my son loved the swimming area and attending the gym…. The location is very safe and the rooms perfectly sized and cleaned in a timely manner… I really want to thank the ever polite and hard working staff I can’t remember their names, Godspower Micheal and I believe Paul… always ensuring our comfort during our lengthy stay.. it was indeed a home away from home .. I will be back surely… the only tiny criticism is more options for breakfast….. well done Astotria.

More options for breakfast

breakfast was ok, the first few days however, I had a very bad experience with breakfast on Sunday morning. I was sick the entire day. I had the vegetable sauce and fried potatoes; I was throwing up and stooling all day long. had to place a call to my brother to get me some antibiotics. it was a bad situation.

They need to change their towels. The gym was big but most equipments were not working!. However, the ones I required were working!. The pool area needs to be given thorough cleaning

The property is at a very safe location in an Estate. Aside the Estate security, the hotel has internal security and backup with policemen. I had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. Everything was perfect, So clean and spotless!! The staff were so hardworking and friendly.

Quiet space so felt like home away from home. Due to it being inside, I loved that everything was close by. There’s a supermarket, a grill and a restaurant. It was quite lovely. I would book again.

The lighting in the bathrooms could be better. The pool was unavailable. We weren’t informed properly.
