Check-in was fast. The staff are polite and proactively helpful.

Bathroom needs refurb. I was disappointed at the toilet seat falling off. We got back after a night out and the room we securely locked was open like someone looked through our stuff.

everything was just perfect. The staff are so friendly and quick to help with anything. I stayed here with my little boy, and for families I would say this is the best hotel by far! clean, and location is just great. from check in to check out, I’d rate this 10/10! Infact I didn’t want to leave! first time staying here, and a regular to Nigeria, this hotel will now be my only one!

Quaint hotel. relatively quiet, very comfortable bed, spacious room with essential facilities like dual type equipment charging points and a tea tray. Good breakfast. Kind staff. A real value-for-money hotel on Victoria Island.

Damp in the bedroom air. Slow response to request - like resolving a blocked washhand basin, and getting a bathtub stopper. The door to my room needs upgrading. Going out, I couldn’t lock it without help.

Pleasantly surprised with the level of quality in this hotel. Quite unassuming. However, the moment you get to your room, one quickly realizes that this hotel is definitely at a standard that any international hotel offers. The staff at the arrival / check in desk were superb and quite helpful.

There was an issue with my bill and I think it could have been better handled. I was overcharged and was told I would get some money back. However, I decided to use the excess funds for room charges such as dinner. During check out, I asked about the balance and was expecting a refund, however, I was told it would take several days to process. I later received a call saying that unfortunately, all the funds were used up and there wasn't any balance to process. Too tired to argue and just caught my flight.

I liked the environment,the bed and duvet were really comfy,The staffs were really nice and helpful especially Mrs Gods power at the reception and Mr Hosea they both were really friendly and helpful,and the check-in was smooth,the room was very spacious and what I really enjoyed most too was the free wifi, Myself and Family really enjoyed our stay.

I didn't like as some of the food were cold during breakfast and the restaurant number 41200 kept on saying it's a wrong number cause I wanted to order for food but I couldn't.

The room was excellent. The bed was also excellent

Day 1 breakfast was horrible as the staff left basically nothing for those of us that came in around 9.30am not until we started complaining bitterly before they brought out food for the guest. That was really rally bad and almost spoilt my day. Day 2 Breakfast was good but maybe because i got there around 8.10am

Food was excellent with a good choice of different types of food. The staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to Morgan. The room was large and very comfortable.

Issues with our television because of poor connection. More towels in the bathroom would have been my preference.

The ambience and the room is very clean,, the portal on duty that night I checked in was fantastic,, I forgot to ask for his name,, he was on duty on 29th of October 2023 night and morning the next day!!! Oh the manager was fabulous!!! Kind and very welcoming!!!

They didn’t let me take my breakfast to my room😕
