The buffet breakfast was really nice, they had a variety of options, vegan meals , African meals, continental meals, Keto meals. It was a lot. Food was tasty and staff were helpful. The rooms were sparkling clean. The gymnasium is probably the best I’ve been to, it’s fully equipped and the air conditioners in there are very efficient. They have freshly laundered towels for use, they serve drinking water in there as well, the toilets at the gym are super clean. They even have a censored waste bin that you don’t t need to touch to trash stuff. The staff are very warm helpful and accommodating. They gave me this beautiful kids bed for free. Check out was very stress free. Location is accessible, cool and very organized. The balcony is so cool and nice for pictures. The lobby is also very beautiful, a lot of fancy artwork. Overall Radisson blu is excellent.

Stayed two days. Great location, rooms were quiet, AC controls responsive, large selection of TV channels and the room felt very premium. The staff brought up a bday cake for the other half.

Came for my partners bday celebrations. I arrived later and was told I couldn't have a key. Lady at reception called the room and said no one answered and literally just walked away from me. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Had to call on mobile and ask the lady to call up again. When she did call up she was asked to give me a key and she refused again said she had to come down to sort it out. We didn't make a fuss. That incident aside the staff and place was great.

Stayed in a suite, but wasn't impressed with the look and feel of the suite. It felt dated and not so much value for money. Considering the premium rooms have been remodeled, i would expect the suite to also be remodeled to have a more contemporary look and feel. Also the toiletries in the suite was the same with standard and premium rooms- this should be reviewed. A guest staying in your suite should have a sense and feel of luxury. That was missing from my 3 night stay.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and most importantly the willingness of staff to go the mile. I was here last month and I had to plan a special evening with my partner, it almost flopped till I met IFEOMA who helped with linking me to a florist, decorating the room which she even suggested after engaging me and the handwritten note was perfect! It was a service I wont be forgetting cuz my madam has been singing me praises, sad we didnt get to see her before leaving. Forgive my many writing, I just wanted to use the app and realized i never gave my review as promised... Thank you again Radisson Blu!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed their attentiveness and hospitality. The kitchen and restaurant being open 24hours was definitely an added benefit. Shout out to George & Matthew for making great old fashions. Joyce called a few times to check on us and make sure we were enjoying our stay. =)

The bathroom in our room was a bit dated and lukewarm water. However the room decor made up for it with the amazing view.

The location and the quality construction. The selection of whisky was world class as well.

No decision making authority of the staff. I was served spoilt meat one night which I returned and the item was still on my bill which I refused to pay. The staff person didn’t have any authority to remove that items from my bill and instead chose to make me wait half an hour without any action.

Location was perfect, the amenities stunning, staff very warm and friendly, lovely views from the Bar. About 5 hours after I checked out, when I was almost at the airport, I discovered I had left a phone in the room. Special appreciation and shout out to Tunde (Reception / Front desk), who took my call & found my phone. I really enjoyed my stay, and I will certainly be back.

I felt right at home as soon as i walked into the Radisson. From the reception up until I got to my room, the hotel staff were warm and friendly and the check in was a smooth process. My room was really nice (the view of the lagoon was to die for and i laid beside the window and read my book) and very clean. The bathroom amenities were top notch, (there were even bath salts incase guests wanted a soak in the bathtub) and room service came on time and tasted good. Honestly, my whole experience was quite serene and peaceful. Looking forward to staying here again.

The break fast was fantastic. I enjoyed it. The hotel staff were excellent in service delivery. They made the hotel welcoming. The hotel was very neat and response to request were fast.

I don't think i have something to ask the hotel to stop doing. I would rather say that the hotel should continue with all the good things that make guests feel at home.

Their check-in staff were very professional, and all their team members were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast has a good variety of options, with their "Tea Masala" being my Fav😍. Everyone should try this tea, it's amazing!! Thanks for the comfy beds, clean and tidy rooms. Waking up to the lagoon, and pool view was beautiful!
