Excellent location as a base for travel. Very close to Leknes airport - we arrived at midnight so only had to drive a short distance. It also excellent for driving to different scenic locations in the Lofoten Islands and within walking distance of places to eat in Leknes. Plenty of choice available for breakfast. Availability of free coffee and biscuits during the day was good, especially after returning from a cold trip out.

Not much to dislike. As stated above, free coffee during the day was good but sometimes it could have been hotter.

The location close to buses, shops, really friendly staff, great selection of food at breakfast. The hotel has a restaurant on site where you can dine in the evening- probably only choice of 4-5 dishes but very tasty. There is a non stop supply of coffee/tea, hot chocolate in the lobby.

Everything was fine, cleaning the room could be better. There was dust on the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Staff is great. We need to request for breakfast box for early check-out due to early flight. It was arranged for us with sandwiches, apples, yogurt and bottles of water. Dinner at the hotel is also delicious. Location is right in the center of Leknes. Less than 5 mins to the airport.

Upstairs is only accessible by stairs. In case of big suitcases, it would be a bit challenging.

Breakfast was good. A homely feel to the layout of the public spaces. The location seemed odd at first (in a residential area) but the hotel was actually close to the Main Street in Leknes

Room was on the small side. Decor was a little tired. There was no kettle or tea in the room. Plastic fittings in the bathroom. No plug in the basin.

Good location, close to grocery stores, the mall and gas station. Helpfull and attentive staff. A big shoutout to the Italian chef and kitchen assistant who’s been very hospitable and catered to our breakfast needs. This whole week 14-18June. Actually the service at this hotel is very good. Everyone of the staffs has been kind and helpfull. One receptionist helped change our room very quickly when we asked for it. Another one was quick to give me an extra pillow and another one was so kind and prepared an early breakfast pack since we checkout early yesterday. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will defintely come back and stay here again! Thank you so much. We had a good stay. Best regards, Rio room 110 :)

The staff was very nice and the restaurant had great local food with very pleasant waitresses.

The carpet in the corridors need to be changed: they are stained and look dirty which leads to not a very welcoming feeling. Important to note that there are no elevators.

Breakfast was lovely - lots of options! My room was really nice and also roomy! The reception area was bright with interesting items for sale!!

Reception could have been more friendly and had trouble opening the room door with my card!

Breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices. It was included in the price of our room. Beds were confortable Place was quiet

The shower floor was tilted so the water cannot drain easily. The water was sometimes not hot, barely warm.

Beautiful room! I arrived earlier and the room was ready. Not only was soap provided; there's also shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The best hotel breakfast buffet I had in Norway - the egg with bacon is exceptional!

The TV was not working. Would be nice to have a smart TV with YouTube.

it was very clean and sufficient for a night’s stay. thankful for the bathroom which had good soap/shampoo and heater. the bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. we slept well :) the staff Eliza was very welcoming and helpful - thank you Eliza!
