The beds are really comfortable and facilities in the room great. Breakfast, afternoon fika and dinner options were wonderful. All of the staff were so friendly, cheerful and happy to help. Would highly recommend. Also great value for money.

The rooms were too hot for me personally and not able to open windows meant not always a great night's sleep

Location - Good location in the central area of Trondheim. Staff - They were very kind to us. Access to the room - They have two lifts working normally. Bed - Clean sheets, comfortable pillows and matress. Bathroom - Clean shower area and clean toilet. Water temperature control is OK. Breakfast - Enough number of varieties and tasty food. Overall - It was a good choice for us per the price we paid. Parking - We stayed just for one night. We parked our car on Brattorgata street. Free from 20:00 to 08:00. From 08:00-20:00 you can park for 3 hours subject to payment. We payed for parking using the mobile app.

First impression - Before arrival, I called the hotel reception to get advice for parking more than 3 times and nobody replied. After our arrival to the hotel we waited for about 5 minutes for the receptionist to show up. Room in general - They have really old furnitures which gives you the feeling that the room is not clean.

The hotel experience was very good, and also the staff were very friendly! Not loud rooms and also very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is very rich, the dinner is a little bit poor but delicios!

Even though the breakfast/dinner times during weekend where a bit too late for a baby, there was always some food available. Even during day... The personal was so nice to check us in earlier without any extra cost. (And nice in general.) Side-bed for the child was narrower version of the normal beds.

The hotel has seen better days. A bit tear and wear everywhere. But that was a bit expected for the price.

The quality of service, helpfulness of staff. The room was clean and bright and food very good.

The address was confusing and not accurate for getting into the hotel. We spent ages trying to get in the back as that was the address we had.

Scramble egg was the best part in the hotel breakfast, even tho i hate this egg receip the most, but you made me love scramble eggs again.

The floor looks like wasn't vacum when i came there, there were a blond hair on the floor and to be honest i have dark hair. The sofa everytime i come back and to a new room, it looks like it hasn't cleaned since the day you bought it, dust in the corner, and i decided to never sat there.

The half board food was a great surprise, its very good!

Rooms being overlooked a little by conferences and/or buildings around with no modesty blind behind the curtain

Good location close to the rail station, ferry port, marina and the town centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants close bay. The standard of food was good and basic.
