The lobby was stunning. My room was extremely nice and quite comfortable. The food /drink I had at the bar was outstanding

A new building, everything is fresh. Strange windows in the room, if you keep it open to get some air in the summer heat, you will have the Trondheim rain coming into the room. Breakfast was superior. The staff was very helpful when we requested a room change. the walk into Trondheim Centre is worth noting as negative, this used to be the dock area, and it's a brief 1km walk into town. Good parking space, but let the car stay there, it will cost you 295nok/day, but calculated each time you drive out of the building. The hotel can not do anything about this practice as its run by the city.

Nothing to mention really, the only negative is the distance to town and the calculation of parking expense, which is NOT free for hotel guests.

The hotel has a nice location, not exactly the city center but very close to it. Quiet area without any noise from traffic and bars. Good breakfast with rich selection. Convenient underground parking. It was warm in the my room.

Parking costs 320NOK per day which is way too expensive and makes the whole deal of staying in this hotel much less attractive. Would be nice if the hotel offered some discount at least. The original room I was given was not properly cleaned, I found used Corona rapid test kit in the bathroom trash bin. Asked to change the room and got upgraded to a bigger nicer room which was also clean. So, the staff handled the situation well, but still, such things shouldn't happen. The hotel should take proper cleaning of the rooms more seriously. Although the cantina offered really good selection for breakfast, I found food a bit tasteless and plain. Still, it'll definitely get you going for the day.

The staff really went out of their way to organize and assist wherever possible. The breakfast here was amazing. The hotel made a food parcel for my very early flight.

As I understand work is being done on the gym. I did not notice anything mentioned about this. Arrangements were made at a nearby facility. I was on a very tight travel schedule and also in am intense prt of my training program so this was very inconvenient. The power tripped in my room, there are no telephones and so you have to walk to reception to report this. Staff were very responsive

The staff were amazing, helpful knowledgeable and went over and beyond to help in any way they could. The breakfast was a huge banquet!! With so much to choose from, hot food, a huge selection of cold food, juices, and even extra vit min shots of ginger and apple, and vit c in a bottle. We saw the selection at lunch time and there is an option to have lunch but its mostly caters for conference delegates. "The Coffee" a professional barista serving coffee which was delicious every morning along with great Twinings tea with lots of options. The roof top bar is a stunning place to be and the staff here were excellent too, very friendly, again very knowledgeable and helping us to go to places to see and do things. This is where we spent two evenings as the odds of seeing the Northern Lights were very high for the area so we were outside most of the time on the roof searching!! The hotel is in the business area of Trondheim, next to the Rock Music Museum but everything is in walking distance and the train station is 5 minutes away. If flying into Trondheim take the train as cheaper and very efficient and better scenery, the shuttle bus is very expensive £36 approx return and no longer stops at the hotel so you either walk or get an Uber.

Although the food in the bar was good there was very little choice, I think this might be because the hotel caters for conferences delegates and they have dinner included.

Everything at this hotel is set up for comfort and convenience: spacious room, decent shower, good quality shower gel, comfortable bed, enough plugs, decent mirrors and space to hand clothes in. I stay at a lot of different hotels, but this one really seemed to meet my needs. Breakfast was amazing: lots of choice (including freshly-made pancakes) and special shout out to the guy making decent cappuccinos. Front of house staff were friendly, efficient and professional.

Is there an issue with the locks on the room doors? I had some problems trying to open my door one night - apparently I had not closed it properly (unbeknown to me) which is very worrying. My colleague also had issues with closing her door.

I expected the hotel to be very good, but it turned out to be much more than that. Very comfortable room, with a wonderful view of the sunset (at least my room was in that direction), cleanliness was at a high level. The shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom were Rituals, which I really like and you can buy at reception if you want. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of fruit and nice coffee (prepared personally by a restaurant employee). A great bar on the top floor, with a very spacious terrace and a wonderful view of the city and the bay. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a direct connection to underground parking, which is very convenient, especially in Trondheim. I hope to stay here again someday.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing - there was so much to choose from and everything was fresh. Would stay there again just for the breakfast :) The room was clean and they have a great sustainability policy when it comes to cleaning.

Not exactly a negative comment: There was something about the room that didn't make it cosy, but I still can't put my finger on it. It was clean and as comfortable as a hotel room can be, but just not very cosy.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. Everything was really nice - the food, receptionists, the whole stuff was amazing. The room I stayed in was a single-room and was spacious enough and super clean.

Just one thing I missed and that was more light in the room. I had to work in the evening and the light being dimmed where the desk is made it a bit hard to see the text I was reading.

Very very good hotel huge selection for breakfast super friendly stuff they will do anything for you we really enjoyed our stay

they give us very far room in the end of the corridor the last room the corner I don’t know why specially I told them we need something nearby the elevator because me and my wife above 50 years old it’s difficult to carry the bags all that distance . the reception man say that they are fully booked . the car parking when I checked out the auto pay machine not working I don’t know what will happen now I tried to pay several times it is just processing the payment without completing the process
