Nice room, good bed. Bathroom was of decedent size and shower was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to shopping centre, groceries, and the hospital (where we were going). Free tea/coffee, and good choice in breakfast.

It’s a bit tricky to find parking, when not familiar in the city. Lots of one way streets around the hotel area so we drove about for a bit to find a way out, and ended up finding parking just across the street from the hotel 🙈

The location was excellent (close to the cathedral, restaurants, and Bakklandet). The price was good considering the great location. Breakfast was good. The staff are nice. They honored my request for a quiet room (top floor not overlooking the busiest street), though we did not get an inner courtyard view which was on my reservation printout. The one-bedroom unit we stayed in had a small fridge and microwave oven. They have food to buy in the lobby (handy for people who arrive late). They have laundry and ironing rooms that guests can use, though you have to ask for access at the reception desk. The closest parking garage DOES take American credit cards (some parking machines in Norway do not). You can pay for parking there right before you leave (the machine is on the second floor down, which is where you should also park).

No bathmat or face cloths. No cutlery in their so-called kitchenette, so we used our own. (You might be able to borrow some at the reception desk.) The microwave oven sits on a stool that is too small for it. They should provide a small, sturdy table. They call their coffee table a dining table, which it is not. Water leaked from the shower area onto the bathroom floor, so we had to use up some of our paper towels to wipe the floor. The shower temperature kept varying somewhat. The bed was firmer than I liked, though I usually prefer a softer-than-average bed so most people would probably find it comfortable. The white, opaque shade on the window didn't block much light. The room was warmer than I liked in the evenings (though perfect in the mornings).

I love the breakfast buffet with so many options of food :) I also love the location, is very close to Nidaros Church and easy to walk anywhere downtown Trondheim. Our room was spacious and comfortable to travel with a baby. The separate room gave our baby it’s own dark, quite space to sleep while us parents watched a movie and had food in the living room :)

The bathrooms were ok, maybe a bit old and need a little modern touch. There was no electric outlet. I couldn’t fix my hair.

The hotel is located two minutes walk from all the main sights. Breakfast was very good. We had a room on the forth floor with a view over the street and a bit of a cathedral. You can also play table tennis, if you want. Coffee and tea are available at the reception free of charge.

There was no parking, but the hotel staff advised the nearest parking lot. The staff didn't offer to take my postcards to send but advised the nearest postbox.

Amply supplied breakfast. Liked the small balcony off the room. Room very well appointed, with good, functional bath, though the twin beds are typical Norwegian where you think you will fall off. They have a nice gym and lounge area.

They advertise parking if you reserve it. However, it is very tight, getting into the garage and parking. Would not recommend if you have a larger vehicle.

Breakfast is great. Free tea is so nice when you come home after a walk in the cold. Sauna works well. Suggestion: add some caffein free tea option.

No home keeping until the 6th day. That's honestly not fun (I didn't have any tools to clean crumbs/hair/dirt like I would have at home.)

We stayed in the apartment with a kitchenette and fridge. The room is large, quiet and nice. In the kitchenette, you cannot rather prepare large meals, but it is possible to "survive" (ask the reception for kitchen utensils). The location is great, everything is within a walking distance. Also, very good breakfast with a lot of choice. Free coffee/tea in the lobby.

The water pressure in the toilet was rather too low, but you can get used to it.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. Location is excellent. Free coffee/tea - it was wonderful to spend some time in a lobby to drink coffee after the dinner

Room could have been a little bit larger.

Staff were all extremely friendly and the breakfast was great. Even better the hotel does have bikes they can lend you for free! They are nothing fancy and probably could do with new breaks and a bit of oil on the chain, but I took one out and explored Trondheim and beyond (went 60km with it!) Had a great time!

Shower was a bit small. But it's just a shower :)

Wonderful location! Clean, up-dated, quiet, comfortable beds. The breakfast was wonderful: something for every diet. Coffee, tea, microwave-able meals and snacks available 24/7 and the microwave in the breakfast area is handy. My flight was early and I was provided a sack lunch to take!

There was scaffolding outside my window, so temporarily, no view. However, maintenance is necessary and I spent very little time in the room. Plus, being Easter week, there were no workers outside.
