The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back! Thank you so much.

Just an advice for those who are non-smokers. Make sure to ask for a non-smoking room once you check-in. They did not ask my preference when i checked-in and they gave me a "smoking" room that smelled a lot. When I asked for a change, all non-smoking rooms. So, if you don't want to sleep every night with a terrible tobacco smell, make sure to contact the hotel before checking in and ask if they have no-smoking rooms available for your staying dates. Don’t choose the 4th floor!

Professionally welcomed by reception staff member. Very friendly and helpful staff during my stay. Assistance with transportation needs with immediate availability. High standard of true hospitality. Comfy bed and well ventilated room. Also reasonable access to facilities. Fantastic breakfast with good service. Excellent dinners especially the BBQ grill night on Thursday. Kudos to Elaine and Leila for their very warm welcome and hearty recommendations. Five stars ⭐

It's a great hotel with wonderful employees. Everyone was kind, friendly and supportive. The location - the hotel is close to the airport and that's a plus, however, there is nowhere to go around, nothing to see, no public transportation either in proximity.

The room is spacious, location and area is fine. I think for food breakfast they should have more variety of choice so it will be more satisfy.

Food more variety, in cleanliness specially in common area should Ben pre details invisible area which more cleaning standards. And more hospitality from staff specially in reception. Upon checking in if staff knows that the person is tourist he/she should need to be more helpful for more information on hotels facilities and the tourist spot in areas.

There’s so many things I loved about my stay. To start with, the service is fantastic. The professionalism of the staffs is outstanding and they ensure everything is taken care of. Mr Fahad and his colleague at the reception made my stay absolutely hassle free. The breakfast is lovely. It was a buffer style and everything in the menu was fresh and exquisite. The facilities were amazing as well. I had the used the gym and it was state of art equipments and we’ll maintained. Loved everything during my stay

It is a nice spacious property with nice rooms and a relatively well-sized pool for swimming.

The location is nowhere near the airport. It is impossible to walk to this location, you have to take a taxi and even then it's not near (as the map would suggest). Not an airport hotel in my view (maybe it was close to the old airport, but not the new airport). Even if it looks near, there is a wall so you cant actually use the short-cut and have to go all the way in the high-way direction.

- Good Wi-Fi signal - Diverse and tasty breakfast (till 10:30 am) - Modern and comfortable room (5th floor) - Quick check-in (you pay for room upon check-in) - Good swimming pool on the hotel's site - Good location for a stopover/one-day-rest (the hotel is 7-9 minutes from airport by car)

- There is no any city infrastructure (grocery store / cafe / restaurant / etc.) around the hotel in walk distance

I had a fantastic stay at your hotel! Everything was great—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was perfect, with a wonderful variety of options. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the excellent service!

Everything was great! But maybe the view was the only thing that could be improved

Breakfast that was included booking was very good. Rooms were neat and clean. Little uneasy smell was there at the beginning but when the air-conditioning system started running everything was perfect.

During the breakfast, only hiccup was that live counter was too much busy and was time consuming. Even the coffee machine was crowded. Restaurant management can change their strategy in these two things

The Novotel chain provides really big, new, well equipped and comfortable rooms around the world and the Novotel in Muscat is no exception. The hotel is just 10min drive from the airport (which is the reason why I chose it) but the rooms are sound proof and you do not hear the planes at all. The facilities are very clean and comfortable and the swimming pool is very nice. Even though it was Ramadan the hotel would cater to the international traveller without restrictions in terms of time to access food and so on. Staff was always helpful and room service was very fast.

There was a small misunderstanding when I booked regarding the possibilities of an early check-in. But it was solved in place by the staff.
