This a very good hotel with all facilities mentioned, Building and hotel ambience is bit old reminded us of 90's but very well maintained, staff was very co-operative, Hotel manager is from kerala India and is super co-operative, also found 2 reception staff one male from Srilanka also very gentle and 1 lady from Punjab India Ms Dimple, she always smiles and her smile is awesome and she is also very accommodating. The rooms are good and comfy, clean and with all amenities, pool is big and clean. overall a very good experience. I visited with my wife nd 3 kids in Eid time and was full of families that time.

Location, cause it is little bit far from the center and located in industrial area. (But if u have car or through taxi u can reach almost everywhere within 5 to 10 mins). Though at my time of visit there were Eid holidays and all workshops were closed but people may find it awkward living in the industrial area. But when once u are inside ur hotel u will not feel like ur in this area. But when u see Ms. Dimple smiling u will literally forget every thing.

it was a great place with a swimming pool, it had a decent sized bathroom and the cleanliness was over the top 🤩 (maybe not lmao but it was clean) also it was very comfortable in the room, it has a nice bed and with pillows on it (obviously) but anyways I loved my stay!!🥰🥰

nothing 😄 my dad was mad he didnt get a balcony so he could stare at his car all day but me and my mom didn’t have any problems 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

the room was very nice and it's easy for anyone to arrange stuffs in the cupboard , facilities were provided properly and staff was very helpful

the AC is too hot and there were some problems in the bathroom like fleshing and water pipe . additionally to the little of numbers of capable so it was a problem for those who using too much electronics like sister and she suffered from finding spaces for charging her iPad , phone and Airpods.

Room is very neat, well furnished, clean and free of pests compared to the other hotels. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. Cooperative and very friendly staff. Convenient location with shops, mall and restaurants are near by the hotel. Free parking available. Very good value for the money we paid. Thank you very much.

The room was very comfortable, specially the bed, very quite place, staff was very nice specially the person who took the check in for us - i forgot his name, all over stay was perfect hope will come soon stay there

the only thing i didnt like is there no socket near the bed or to the side table, its either on study table or near to the tea coffee selves. its highly suggested to have socket near the bed side table

Great staff . Lovely hotel room cleaned every day. It's in an industrial estate but that didn't bother me . Pool area could be better needs a refurbish

We like the rooms, bathroom shower curtain, rooms were fully furnished and fulfilled all requirements. The pool was excellent, partially covered from direct sunlight by tensile structure was highlight of this pool.

Nothing to note, except TV Remotes had some problems. and the same was attended immediately.

Nice location. Very beautiful hotel, cozy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Loved the experience.

The size of the room is really concerning. It should be a bit bigger. Some rooms are really far from the elevator. you need to walk like a minute to get to the room.

The staff were extremely warm and helpful especially the guy who checked me in on 9th July 2022(forgot the name) @5am.
