I like everything. I'd like to thank MANAR from the reception , she is the only one that makes a difference and create a welcoming atmosphere. I also would like to thank NASSER from the concierge desk for everything. The omani employees are so professionalism and friendly.

I would like to bring to your attention a recurring issue that has been causing me some frustration during my recent visits to the hotel. I have noticed that the hotel staff continuously ask me whether I am an in-house guest or a visitor each time I interact with them ( I am Arabian and wearing hijab) , While I understand the importance of ensuring security and guest identification, the frequent inquiries about my status have started to feel repetitive and somewhat intrusive. It gives the impression that my presence is being questioned repeatedly, which is beginning to affect my overall experience at the hotel.

The whole Facility is amazing and very well Maintained

we were not allowes to gave iftar the restaurant due to " no shorts policy" which we were not informed aware of , we went to the restaurant i was wearing a short and a polo short and running shoes funnt part one guy told me im not allowed in bcs shorts are not allowed taking into consideration that the hotel is locTed on the beach and i was not wearing a swiming short , to make it short the stay was good but please educate your staff on how to talk to guests. one more thing we had to stay outside bcs they lady on the restaurant reservation mentionned that its fully booked taking into consideration there was 5+ empty tables and we had to ask to be relocated inside bcs it was hot and Humid

My stay at The Chedi Hotel Muscat was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility and luxury that is hard to find. The room was beautifully appointed with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that provided a perfect night’s sleep. The attention to detail in the decor and the inclusion of traditional Omani elements made the space feel both luxurious and culturally immersive. Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience. The variety of restaurants offered something for every palate, and each meal was prepared to perfection. The beachfront dining option was my favorite, providing breathtaking views of the Gulf of Oman as I enjoyed some of the best dishes. The service at The Chedi Muscat deserves special mention. Every staff member was courteous and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their recommendations for activities and insights into Omani culture enriched my stay immensely. The spa facilities were a highlight of my visit. The serene ambiance and expert treatments left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Muscat. Overall, my experience at The Chedi Hotel Muscat was exceptional. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and Omani hospitality that makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting the area. It is no exaggeration at all when I (and others on here) say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at (and I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many lovely hotels around the world). Absolutely everything was perfect. Every single member of staff (a mix of Omanis and international staff from so many countries) was beyond efficient and so friendly. I felt they took even extra care of me as I was staying alone (Shukran!) and their care and attention to detail was second to none! I didn’t meet the manager Mr Karim but would like to thank and congratulate him on running such an exceptional hotel. Among the many wonderful staff who all work so hard, special mentions to Suresh who checked me in in the early hours, Renuka who cleaned my room so meticulously, Schola the restaurant hostess who was very informative and gave me the best table for the Christmas Day brunch! Khine also a restaurant hostess who was lovely to chat too on my final evening and so helpful too and Kolthum who checked me out, such a lovely lady. El-Mostafa in the restaurant, Khalid who picked me up at the airport (plus the driver who took me back there), the restaurant staff in all the restaurants, the wonderful chefs and the beach attendants. The Chedi’s design is amazing. Beautiful grounds (they even have peacocks!), so tranquil, so clean, many dining options and wonderfully designed rooms. I can see why it’s a Leading Hotel of the World and has so many awards and accolades. Thank you Chedi Muscat for an unforgettable Christmas holiday!

Wow, probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in! The Chedi truly impressed us. The rooms, design, details, food, staff, pools, and service were all outstanding. Everything is so aesthetic, and the palms everywhere felt like an oasis - peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The staff was incredibly attentive. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets at the beach. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the center, and the Grand Mosque is nearby. We also booked two tours through the hotel to explore Oman, which were fantastic (Dolphin & Wahiba Sands Desert). We will for sure come back! Thank you for everything!

The food at the pool for lunch was quite pricey. Otherwise everything was more than perfect!

The Chedi Muscat is a serene haven that stands out for its stunning landscape, minimalist yet elegant design, and exceptional service. The food is a highlight, offering a delightful variety of well-prepared dishes. The meticulously maintained pools, world-class gym, and attention to detail in housekeeping further enhance the experience. Special thanks to Danish, Pillay, Om, and Kishore for their friendly and attentive service, which truly made my stay memorable.

However, the rooms left much to be desired—they felt small and lacked inspiration, not living up to the grandeur of the rest of the property. While the service was good overall, some staff members lacked the polish and alertness expected at a luxury hotel of this caliber. On several occasions, I was not greeted when walking past or entering the hotel, which felt uncharacteristic of the high standards otherwise evident at The Chedi.

From the beginning to end The Chedi Muscat was a dream hotel to stay in. The service was impeccable, all the staff were incredible. I was met by Sonomi at the front desk who checked me in and gave me such a warm welcome. Waitress Mita was incredibly kind and such a pleasant person to be around always smiling during breakfast and dinner, I will really miss her. The rooms were so clean, the location was great and the whole stay was amazing. My birthday was made really special, I cannot recommend The Chedi Muscat enough!!

Dinner was quite expensive. Unfortunately could not use the local Taxi apps to pick me up from the hotel, apparently they don’t come to pick up from the hotel but can drop off. You’d have to get the hotel to book a taxi for you.

The entire hotel is built around servicing its clients. The customer service is outstanding, from the airport pick up, through the concierge, the housekeeping staff and all the team. The facilities themselves are outstanding, and we had an amazing guide to take us to the desert and the Wadis. A truly excellent hotel on every level.

Nothing of importance. If you want to split hairs, they could have sharper knives in the restaurant, but you're really struggling to find things not to like about the place.

All was perfect and I highly recommend the facility other than WiFi concerns outside of room where it was ok. Even in some general areas like the superb large lobby/welcoming room the reception is poor on tow ends of the room

WiFi coverage outside by pools, garden, reading areas, restaurant,... in most of those it is very bad to non existant. Prices for food and drinks are on the very high end of the range. Get a taxi and go outside and you will have in many cases same if not better for much cheaper
