Receptionist was trying to send us to there other property which was not good and was saying that this property is fully booked but after 10 minutes I booked from booking.com and he was having no words to say, infact I went to there other property but there it was very expensive.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to shopping malls, but there wasn't much to do in the immediate vicinity. The staff were helpful, and the hotel itself is very modern and well-equipped. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a TV offering many channels. Complimentary water was provided in the room.

It's not that I didn't like it, but perhaps the staff prefer to be discreet and not bother guests. When passing by reception many times, nobody greeted, smiled, or even looked. However, they were very helpful when approached directly.

The hotel is located in a good position to explore the city (car is necessary to reach every attraction) and provides easy parking. There are restaurants, cafes and markets within walking distance. Our room was spacious and comfortable and it was cleaned everyday. The hotel has a nice and clean pool area.

We didn't have breakfast there as 10 OMR per person felt a bit too much. The overall structure/furniture could be modernized, but that's minor. Suggestion: add a bath mat in the bathroom to dry feet after shower but also to prevent floor to get wet

I was 30 minutes early at the hotel and was allowed into the room - AWESOME! The pool - heated and no deep end! Live Premier League football, though I only found this out because I happened to visit the pool in the last minutes of a match! The room, bathroom and desk!

I should have had a Superior room, but I think I had an ordinary twin room. There was no seating area. Only one small bedside table between two twin beds; the phone took up most of the space Breakfast was not included. The room faced the highway giving us the constant buzz of cars whizzing by, even in the middle of the night. The TV didn't work. It took the electrician an hour and attempts with four satellite boxes before it was fixed. The room had a connecting door and we could hear the people in the adjoining room. The pool opened at 7 (GREAT) but there were no clean towels available in the clean towel bin.

Everything especially the breakfast, staff hospitality, nice smell in the lobby and corridors, artworks on the walls, and many beautiful things. Radisson is a very Elegant hotel and I booked it at a very good price. The location is amazing beside Panorama Mall, Grand Muscat Mall, Avenues Mall. By the way, try "Mehrab Restaurant" .. one of the best restaurants in the world for Mandi, Madfoon, Haneeth and all other Yemeni Food 🤩🤩

We’ve staying in the hotel a number of time so I am quite familiar with the place. and it sad to see that there has been some minor issues recently. especially i did not like the attidute of the staff working in the spa. the ladies at the counter refused to give us fresh towels when using the facilities claiming that You have to bring it from the room. while on the next day I could see a rack of them sitting there. it would be hard to even get a smile out of them. That should not be the attitude of people on the front row of a hotel’s most important relaxation site!

I must admit I was a bit worried after several comments regarding the staff, but was happy that it was not at all the experience we had. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They even let us into the room a bit earlier than the indicated check-in which was much appreciated after a full night flight. The room was huge, beds very comfortable. Th bathroom had both shower and a bathtub. The location was good, but like anywhere in Oman you need a car to move around. Parking space inside the garage was also a plus.

Very comfortable bed.. Nice swimming pool. Wifi is very good. The bathroom has tub and shower box separately.. They gave extra free drinking water.. The breakfast is good.

The towels are old a little. The water pressure control and hot mixing with cold is not perfect but still can manage. The iron table they gave is very bad. The iron machine they provided is without steam.

Beautiful new clean hotel with good amenities and excellent staff. Our flight was delayed and we arrived one night later. They change a date on our reservation without any extra charge even though it was already non modifiable at that point. A room has everything you need, all small details are thought through

nothing. location suited us perfectly, relatively close to airport and we we were starting a trip around Oman next morning . Not sure it will be convenient for longer stays
