I liked the location of the hotel and the overall atmosphere of it. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The managers at the front desk were very friendly, nice, and cooperative. The buffet breakfast was very good. Keep it up. I will stay in this hotel again whenever I get a chance to visit Islamabad.

1)The complementary fruit basket needs a little generosity to impress the guests. 2)The electric kettle was not of a good quality, and its handle became so hot (as the water reached boiling point ) that it was impossible to hold it.

I have stayed in Margala before as well and i prefer margala for its seclusion from the main road.

We were supposed to get room with Garden View but we were placed in a room with outside parking view and during the night there was some off loading of cement and trucks were there and it was very noisey. That disturbed our sleep. If a person is spending almost 30K for one night, the most important thing is you atleast get comfortable quiet sleep but that was not the case.

The staff were great! Very friendly and they arranged a free shuttle to the airport that I didn't know about. In general the staff are the best thing about this hotel. The rooms are fairly comfortable, with some downsides listed below and the facilities are generally in pretty good shape.

I was put in a smoking room, which seems to happen a lot in Pakistan but is a bit unpleasant. There were renovations going on in the hotel while I stayed there which led to me waking up one morning to a fairly strong smell of paint or some other chemical which was quite unpleasant. There were also a few power cuts while I stayed, nothing too horrible but not as efficiently replaced with the generator as in other hotels.

Welcoming, friendly and supportive staff who worked very hard 24/7 , they all deserve promotion and prizes. Ms. Naheed at the breakfast area was exceptional. She treats everyone so kindly that made us feel special . The front desk staff were great and helpful .

Everything was great! Superior customer service with thoughtful extra touches of a large fruit basket and sweets upon arrival. The hotel was very clean, the room was great and the bed was really comfy. There was a variety of options for breakfast. Will definitely stay again!

Over all experience was good.

Reception and Check-in time: I had a booking through Booking.com, but staff at reception was not aware and struggling to find my reservation, which took more than 15 minutes which is not normal. furthermore, they use to serve welcome drink which was also not served this time, I cannot see that it cost a lot, but its very welcoming gesture towards guests, if you guys continue the same instead of applying cost cutting modules.

My stay was great. The staff was very attentive to detail. Mr Mohammad antique was helpful in changing my room as the initial room had cigarette order from previous guest. Mr Sajid from housekeeping returned my misplaced laptop. Location is great near diplomats enclave. Property is well maintained and clean. Breakfast buffet was great, included halwa puri and nihari and continental options. Decor and rooms are well designed and maintained although some of the furniture is slightly becoming worn but Ned sheets were clean and bed very comfortable. Great experience will repeat.

I had a fantastic stay, thanks to the exceptional service of Mr. Naveed and his team! Their warm smiles and professional demeanor made me feel welcome and valued, and their attention to detail was impressive.

The prompt cusotmer service. Early check In and late check out courtesy and the food.

Rooms do not match the overall impression.. They need upgrade in terms of refurbishing. Rest they are fine.
