Had the most amazing stay at the Avari Express last month. The rooms we had originally booked were not available at check in due to a few floors being renovated but the front desk ( Miss Khadija and her team) went above and beyond to accommodate us by upgrading our rooms. The rooms were clean and the daily housekeeping by Miss Aisha was top notch. Having central heating in the cold and foggy Lahore winter weather was definitely a plus. The breakfast had a huge spread every morning and the friendly waitstaff were so hospitable and made special request Chai every day. The bellboys went out of their way be helpful and available at all times (even helped to order and get delivered to the hotel the famous Khalifa khatai cookies !) Can’t beat the location, close to all the main shopping areas, M.M Alam Rd and several great restaurants are a stone’s throw away. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is perfect for shopping with major clothing brands within walking distance. Although the property is aged and not well-maintained, it still offers decent accommodation. The standout feature, however, is the incredible staff. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to Ahmed and Nabeel who were welcoming. The hotel restaurant serves a delightful breakfast, and the staff is always ready to fulfill any special requests. Special thanks to Ms. Zarmina and Chef Robert for their exceptional service. I must also commend the housekeeping staff, especially Dawood, for their extra care and attention to detail, adding a personal touch to my stay. Despite the property's age, it provides value for money. If you appreciate a convenient location and outstanding staff, this hotel is worth considering.

1.Food was exceptionally good, both breakfast and dinner. The fish and chips and chicken steak with mushroom sauce, were the highlights of a hearty meal. Cooked to perfection along with the biryani. Compliments for Chef Chand, Neeraj, and Waqas. 2. Customer hospitality was quick and excellent 👌 shout out here for Mehtab and Faheem for their accommodation 3. The reception desk was welcoming and cheery whenever in need of assistance. Overall Avari Express has been a memorable experience rightly located at my convenience and a great stay. Thank you

Washroom architecture and the negative space and all the free space wasted. The bed should not be placed in front of the door due to guest privacy reasons.

Everything was good. Staff were very cooperative. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very delicious.

The dinner.🙄 I ordered from the hotel’s restaurant menu I think it was the worst burger, sandwiches, and nuggets I have ever tasted. I think the 100 rupees andy wala burger is far more better than the hotel’s food. Nuggets were like made by some kid they were so hard and over cooked. I expected that according to the price the food should be something very delicious but unfortunately it wasn’t a good meal. Also the food presentation was very poor.

Very polite staff, Ms Khadija promptly completed check-in and Ms Zarmina looked after personally during breakfast. Room was quiet & neat and valet service was very good. For us, location was exceptionally suitable. Idea of a small dress/space is excellent and provide a multipurpose and private place for work/prayers etc,

Bed was in direction of Qibla and size was small, consider adding full sized mirror in the room, more lights or make up mirror in wash room, soap dish and anti-slip mat in the shower cabin, and a quick supply of hot water.

Great hospitality from Eman, Salman, Arsalan, and the night staff as well! I didn't know that the check-in time was 2PM onwards and had to wait 45 minutes. But to make up for this, Salman upgraded my room and the room I checked in was on the 7th floor with city views. It was a magnificent experience!

The internet was very slow at night around 10 PM for some reason.

The room size was very good and I loved the location. Staff was very prompt to solve all issues.

Gym was very small and only one treadmill was working. It definitely needs a more powerful vacuum since carpet is everywhere. Its a 4 star hotel please provide shower gels instead of soap and add shampoo holders in the washroom.

The property is located on the main gulberg boulevard and is surrounded by great restaurants and other stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the beds are very comfortable and it is great value for money. I generally stay at the PC but this time I insisted staying here as PC has gone down the drain completely now particularly on the food front with Sakura and Covo shutdown and not many dining options left.

The breakfast was good but the restaurant was a hit and miss. The staff was friendly, facilities were very good, room service was also good. Location is excellent. I prefer this hotel over others whenever i am in lahore

They need to improve the quality of meals and taste. Sometimes the food was too salty or spicy. A new chef will perhaps help improve the room delivered meals.
