This hotel is located in a safe and upmarket area close to the Ramada Wyndham hotel and good cafes and restaurants. The hotel is well run with a buffet restaurant. The breakfast buffet has a range of items and the staff are helpful and courteous. They remembered my order of gulab jamun and subsequently brought it for me twice complimentary which was so nice. Dessert and salad bar at the dinner buffet was complimentary for room guests. The room was fairly well appointed with AC and was cleaned on request during my 6 night stay. Overall I had a very comfortable stay and would stay here again.

The bathroom decor was a little outdated and the hot water was sometimes lukewarm. The hotel is located a little way out from the old city and other sites. This wasn't a problem as I took a short taxi ride (less than 2 pounds one way) to and from the sites.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff who was there to support me. Also provided plates and cutleries at my room while I ordered some takeway food from foodpanda, because I don't eat lunch or dinner at hotels as food from foodpanda had lots of options and food tastes even better.

Electricity keeps going off. Expensive than last year, there is a hidden cost that they were charging an extra 16 percent tax, which is a total robbery. It's not the hotel's fault but of course there's nothing they can do to go against the authorities who implimented this tax law. The gym itself is good but do visit during non busy hours because during busy hours, people doesn't know how to use the gym, but sitting around on the machines for a long time and doing less workout within seconds. It would be difficult for me to stay in this place in the future, only if they remove the tax then I may consider.

I think it's great to stay with your family, great value for money. It's buffet is exceptionally well equipped and they gave us 50% off on dinner buffet. Included breakfast was very nice as well. They arranged me cozy rent a car for dropping off to the airport. Location : You have a nice grocery shop and cheap restaurant in the vicinity if you don't want to spend on their restaurant's food. Cake and bakers should is next to this hotel.

I think they should have more furniture like wardrobe and sofas in the family rooms. Also, they should put prayers mat and towels as default so you don't have to ask for it. Putting safe for valuable would be a plus!

The staff were exceptional and whatever we asked they provided. Efficient, polite, helpful and friendly. We were party of six female and they were courteous and respectful. The manager Aurangzaib and reception manager Abbas were extremely, hospitable, accommodating and noting was too much. The staff on hand were good. We took our time choosing the rooms and making changes and didn't feel rushed. The location is great facing Ramada Hotel and only few KM from the main hub of Gulberg with shopping malls and eateries.

The place has been refurbished and looks lush with large velvet headboards and beds however, place need a good maintenance, I did gave feedback to Aurangzaib who explained that due to demand of the hotel they can only do that in month of Ramadan when the take up is not as much. I do feel that they need to invest more in actual maintenance rather than decoration it would be better. The restaurants were we had breakfast was disappointing and staff not very helpful. The food quality was OK and there were plenty food but service was inefficient for example they ran out of tea cup and told us to drink tea out of milk jugs!!!! which we refused so eventually they did bring cups. We had evening meal there one night and they tried to charge us twice.

I have always stayed here whenever I visited Lahore. Talking about the breakfast which I found it Boring Because Its always the same menu. And for INFUSE water that you provide on the buffet, which has lemon watermelon and mint in it; you SHOULD put that water inside refrigerator for at least 8 hours then in the morning serve it to the guest, not room temperature. So the essence of the fruits can merge with the water perfectly. And don’t serve it again if the same day infuse water was not finish. You should throw it away and make new one.

While the rooms at Rose Palace Hotel are luxurious, I noticed some minor maintenance issues during my stay, such as a flickering lightbulb and a loose faucet handle. Ensuring consistent room upkeep would enhance the overall guest experience.

The location is good easy to reach main market places. The staff is well cooperative. Breakfast is free and delicious. Room charges are reasonable.

The beds, bed sheets need regular replacement. If the beds repalaced with some descent beds having simple wooden color rather than valvet heads because valvet can't be cleaned easily. The room had poor washroom with out-of-order shower system. The shower needs replacement. More focus should be given on cleanliness. The linens renewal needs less money of the hotel management and leave everlasting good impression.

It is a very good hotel. TBH I wasn't expecting it would be that good at this price. The room was nice neat and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfasts menu was also good.

I hate to say this but when we get to the restaurant for breakfast, 50% of the tables were reserved and other 50% were occupied. Upon asking they made us some room but it was disrespectful when I was asked to switch between tables as they have guests approachong. In my head I was like WTF, am I not their guest LoL. It was really disappointing. The other thing I did not get it, but for some reason they do not have water glass in the room. We requested 2 glasses but were lucky to have one LoL.
