Very good rooms and bathroom. We like that we had the same house Keeper Ishfaq Ahmed everyday, who always smiled and did a very nice cleaning. All Hotelstaff from the Gate, Main entrance, The lift, Restaurants at grondfloor and house keeper were very nice. We and our kids loved the Hotel. We fell like we were home.

The staff from reception was a little bit reserved and the breakfast could be better. At breakfast there were a lot of good dishes, but a few less will also be okay, and instead of that you could serve marmalade and chocolate for pancakes and bread. I missed a coffee machine.

- AC was not working properly, even after an engineer came to fix it. - Breakfast was pretty average. Food was mostly dry, specifically the desserts. - Overall, it's a bit below value for money. Management should revist their prices.

Amazing hotel, ideal location and super cooperative staff. If I visit Lahore in future again, I would like to stay at Indigo. The restaurant at the 18th floor was exceptional. The guy playing flute, while we were taking dinner, was amazing.

Noisy and loud TV in the next door room. The area on the wall where TV is installed is not a solid concrete (as per my observation). Due to that, whenever, the person staying in the next room would bump up the volume, you would hear the TV sound as if it is being played in your room and causes discomfort. I mentioned that to the property officials during the stay and also at the time of checking out. I hope they would come up with a solution.

Check out clearance is taking too much time, guys.

Location is awesome. Breakfast is also very nice with alot of varaties. Staff behaviour and cleanliness was up to the mark.

I tried their dinner buffet. they overcharged me as they are offering 25% discount on dinner buffet abd they are advertising it on their social platfarms but in actual they arn't giving any discount. Dinner buffet is not value for money and the atmospher at buffet wasnt perfect and poor ambiance.

A pleasant stay. A special mention and thanks to Danish Bhai who was very helpful and always on hand to attend to our queries and requests. We also want to thank Yusuf Bhai for taking us to and from the airport and assisting us during our stay whenever we required assistance. Breakfast was great with a variety of food which we enjoyed. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to local shops.

The shower needs updating as water was coming out from underneath the shower door which was highly inconvenient.

Beautiful boutique and great value! Everything was at a 5 star standard. I had USA tour guests staying here so I felt proud that this hotel was chosen - they loved it and felt pampered- and I extended my stay. I think we had the deluxe rooms. Restaurants and stores outside and eagles flying past my window ( these are rare to see in the US). Laundry service was less than a days turnaround. Nida& Front Desk  staff were very helpful with helping me book my onward bus tickets,; even though they all look stern. Buffet breakfast was great and good time window allotted! I felt safe and this was a great spot for my guests to drop bags in after a long journey through Pakistan. Room service menu options looked good too. Would book this hotel again!

Front desk tries to follow up on requests but sometimes they forget, and they have to either call or go down to the desk. I get it, they are often very busy with other hotel guest requests and some guests can get very demanding. Walls can be paper thin if you have noisy neighbors. One neighbor played very loud music and Xbox til 11a. While another, I could tell, spent the morning with an upset stomach bug. Was glad I’m a heavy sleeper. Unfortunately, you can’t pick your neighbors.

The stuff is friendly and always willing to assist. The location is very good, everything is within a 20-minute drive, at max and there are a lot of stores, restaurants and pharmacies very close.

The breakfast is great but only for people that are used to having local food in the morning. If you re coming from another country /continent, your options are too limited. Also, the air-condition seemed to be having its own personality...

More accurately I will rate 9.5, this difference (0.5) can be eliminated by more economical deals. It was quite spacious as compared to the previous stay and everything was in order. In fact they allow early check in and relaxation in check out. I think they heard my concern from past stays for only single slippers in the room because this time two slippers were placed, I asked them last time when we are booking a room for two then why only one pair?? One thing can be added and that's an iron for clothes with a stand that can be hung in the cupboard.

No Netflix, even the smart TV wasn't working.. only local cable channels. No connectivity. Expensive water availability, only two half liter bottles in complimentary after that you will have to pay 300/rs for a water bottle that is easily available at 90/rs.
