THE BEST THING ABOUT THE HILTON PORT MORESBY IS THE STAFF. They are friendly, professional, courteous, and truly make the effort to make your staff comfortable. It really makes a difference beyond what you can expect from the Hilton: fabulous facilities, clean and spacious rooms, great water pressure and comfy beds. They have a free airport transfer that is always on time and the on-site dining options are great.

I loved the variety of foods both standard and Asian mix together with the tropical feel of young coconut on offer at the brekky buffet, everything about the hotel sung the heritage of the land its built in the decor paintings and bedroom fixtures and the outside facilities and ponds were amazing and added a sense of relaxation nature mixed with modern architecture and the customer service to go with all exceptional hats of to the architects and staff for making our stay tremendous.

I like the executive lounge, executive room, Gym and the uniqueness of the environment. its truly a relaxation environment, where you can relax and enjoy every thing Hilton has to offer. The Pizza was awesome.

The meals at dinner always take too long to be served, Despite great customer service, there is a need for greater understanding on privileges outline in the online bookings.

We love the room..it was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly.

The restaurant food and room order service was not to our liking. We ordered room service breakfast.. They served only one piece of toast with no butter. BREAKFAST WAS DRY We also ordered 2 pizzas, and they delivered only one and forgot the other one. OVERALL..I guess just change the menu and make it 5 star.

We were very impressed with the Hilton. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. So much to choose from and all delicious l. The pool was awesome and we loved that there were fresh towels at the pool. Also we could order drinks from the pool and they were delivered right to us. The gardens are gorgeous too!!

The restaurant at dinner time was a little overpriced for what we got. Small portions. Although the mattresses were comfy, We couldn't sleep very well even with the air conditioning on low because the duvets were far too hot! This seems to be the trend in all the hotels I've stayed in lately though.

Breakfast is good and all option available. For lunch and dinner many options are available. Most amazing part is that food prepared with stone heating arrangement with traditional along with modern technique provided excellent food in terms of taste and quality. Keep it up.

I ordered room service Breakfast, which was delivered well on time. The food was prepared well and setup was second to n none. Enjoyed the meal with my whole family. I love the room itself. State of the art. Everything is brand new, comfortable. Very safe environment for children. The guards are doing a fine job in securing the premises and the guests.

Can't complain at this time. First time to stay and I was impressed. Definitely going back for a longer stay in the near future.

The hotel is located away from the city centre and downtown area. Need to take taxis to get to the city centre. Very friendly and courteous staff. New building with a modern look and feel. Power outages regularly at night. ATM available in the adjacent convention centre. Free airport shuttle offered. Also free shuttle to Vision Mall nearby.

It is a great hotel, since 2018 in operation. I found nothing negative during my two week stay. I have forgotten my USD400 headset at they gym and staff gave it back to me the day after, well done. Breakfast is very good, A/C works as it should be, gym is complete. Quiet room and nice swimming pool.

I did not had to pay for my WiFi that you should be aware that Hilton is charging this to non-honours members. I find it very old fashioned to charge for Wifi in 2022. Otherwise it is a great facility.

Everything was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The big problem is that they do not include internet if you book them online or through third party, which really weird. At this age a five star hotel without the internet is like a house without toilet facility. But the duty manager understood it and gave me access. So be mindful with the internet option. Again interestingly if you book through their website they ask you to pay for breakfast . Thanks for your help and services
