Location is good, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean. The patio was good for the kids to be contained and run around (minus the cleanliness of it).

There was a patio connected to the room and it was disgusting. The kids would play out there and come back in covered in black dirt (seriously, it was dirtier than the street somehow). Early check in cost USD35. Not enough dishes in room and no soap or supplies to clean them.

Location: Just something that you can't avoid is the nightlife. In the weekend, it gets loud after midnight. Food: every day, same breakfast. Maybe a variation would be lovely. Elevator: There was only one elevator that carries max 7 person. Maybe a larger elevator or an extra will help the flow if there is a fully booked hotel.

> We had a Junior Suite (these are the smallest units) on the 7th floor, which was completely refurbished and modern. We had so much space ! The double bed was very comfy and the room was large and light with big windows. Everything exactly like on the photos. > Big breakfast buffet, including fruit and vegetables. > Large TV (for those who like to watch TV). > Convenient location, almost around the corner from Parque Kennedy and the Tourist Office from where buses leave to the airport every hour for 15 Sol per person. 10 minutes walk to the seafront.

> You cannot open the windows for fresh air, but there was no smell and the air-condition circulates the air very well. > The temperature in the breakfast area could have been warmer (beginning September).

The rooms was perfect and the bed was complete bliss after spending a few night in the amazon. The breakfast was by far more extravagant then other complimentary ones we had.

The staff pissed me off. I'm not one to complain but what they did really set a bad vibe during my two night stay. My family members were already eating the complimentary breakfast when I came down from my room and and I started dishing up when a staff member rushed me and demanded to see my room key. I showed her and she went to verify I was a guest. I apparently was the only person who was accosted about the matter. I asked my sister and her husband if they were asked and they said no. I then watched her with other guests and she did not request any evidence of staying at the facility with anyone else. Very interesting!!

Everyone was friendly, professional, and warm. The location is excellent! Everything is walking distance. There may be a little bit of noise coming from the streets in the early morning, but it’s completely passable giving the excellent location of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Several options for everyone in my family.

The floors in my room were a little dated, some tiles can be replaced or fixed. Other than that, place is well maintained.

Location was great, rooms were clean, airconditioning was good, breakfast was ok. Staff were always friendly. Absolutely recommend this hotel when staying in Miraflores. Just close enough to everything, and just far enough as well.

The lift is very small....says it can fit 7 people, but really only a 4 person lift. Its quite slow moving up and down, so coming down the stairs are a good option. Was a bit of a challenge everytime we had to go upstairs though waiting for the lift.

The room was very comfortable, neat and spacious. There was enough space for my little son to walk as he was learning to walk. They provided a crib for my toddler! I'm very thankful 🙏❤️ In general, the room is toddler friendly. The stuff from the restaurant is very friendly and helpful, especially from the late shift. The people from the front desk were super helpful and really nice. The location is perfect if you want to be in a central area close to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pubs, and shopping. The Kennedy Park is just a block from the facility.

I wish they had a baby changing table in the lobby area. There is no kids' menu

The location was amazing, most of the staff was very friendly, the room was very spacious and had a great view. The buffet breakfast was great and delicious!

Our phone didn’t work the whole time we were there. Some staff told us it was fixed but it never was and going back down everytime we needed toilet paper or a pillow or something, it was annoying (and having one elevator and waiting a long time did not help.) Also, one of the staff was pretty rude to my guest, who came to wish me a happy birthday

They really exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip with our 4months child. We stayed for 10 days. It was important to us to feel welcome and yes We did. Staff is efficient and nice. Breakfast is fabulous, congrats to the chef. Location is perfect, in the heart of Miraflores neighborhood. The best place to be in Lima. Room is spacious facilities are good. Strongly recommend. I take this opportunity to thank all the staff for being so kind. Strongly recommend.

I would prefer a room without carpet, but it wasn’t bad.

Room was very clean and spacious. The hotel itself is located 1-2 blocks away from Kennedy Park, so near a lot of restaurants, shops and very popular with tourists, so you can feel very safe.

The windows could be upgraded to be doubled paned to reduce some of the street noise, but most hotels in Peru are built the same, so this is not uncommon.
