Very efficient staff, close to restaurants, very close to an airport bus drop off point. Messaged the hotel a while ago that I could only stay one night instead of two and because I couldn't change the reservation on Booking.com they agreed that I would just pay for the night.

Everything fantastic except the power outlets socket, it seems cannot hold the plugs and keeps on losing. However, the crews are very friendly and hospitable. In particular, the hotel prepared two bottles of water which we really needed after our long distance flight.

The water fountain in the lobby looks great, I guess it didn’t turned on just because it is a low season. I like eating our breakfast at the rooftop balcony.

Location is so perfect, right next to Kennedy park and airport shuttle. My room always gets breeze so I don’t need air conditioner at all at night. It’s very comfortable with the window open. But I’m not sure if it applies to every room. It’s quite even with the window open.

Once the window closed, there was a strong unpleasant smile. The AC blows wind right at me. And the light from the AC switch disturbs me at night. The room has double layers of windows to make the room quiet but for me it’s not necessary and the room didn’t feel comfortable with all windows closed for me.

Ventilation of toilet is not v good, its old school type with a ventilation window, which make me felt uncomfortable to keep open it Choice of breakfast is a bit limited, though venue is excellent Hair dryer is a bit weak

Took our very last minute booking due to our other hotel not existing. Very clean comfortable rooms. The shower was nice too. Great accessible location

The rooms could benefit from things like a mini fridge or a kettle given that they provide mugs and tea and coffee but we were only given a jug.

Though so near Miraflores' action- centre, Kennedy Park, Hotel Las Palmas feels like Home. . . What an absolutely ideal location !!! (. . .it's repositioned mere feet away from the Tourist Information Centre located at the popular Diagonal. . .)

Loved the friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious and varied every day. I liked the comfy beds and the room is cleaned every day if you want the housekeeping to do it for you. Surrounded by plenty of bars and options to eat. Very close to the main locations in Miraflores and felt very safe there.

The room had a window that offered a beautiful view towards the nearest house wall which made the room dark all day.

It is in the center of Miraflores and everything is really close by. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and there was warm water in the shower. We stayed two times, the 2nd time we requested a quiet room and they were happy to help us. Also leaving early in the morning we got some breakfast at our room. The breakfast the first time was adequate and was fulfilling

A bit the sound from a nearby club but we were aware. Make sure to ask a quiet room beforehand if you need some rest.

This is my go-to hotel in Lima. The staff is very friendly and helpful, except the lady at night. Which is unfortunately when I get there.

If it’s one thing is the noise. Lima is noisy as hell to begin with. But, regularly the noise comes from the 5th floor. The kitchen.

Good localisation, friendly staff. Good cost for service. Good for a short stay or when you are planning to enjoy nightlife.

Soundproofing quite weak, if you are to enjoy the pubs and nightlife perfect, but if you need rest time neighbourhood can be too loud.
