Hotel is located in a good location, surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The staff provided A+ customer service. House keeping was great. They cleaned our room everyday and provided new towels.

The breakfast was a hit and miss. The cost for laundry service is overly expensive. My friend paid like 50 US dollars to have like 10 items of clothing cleaned. We stayed on the 8th floor, one floor below the pool and bar. Many nights there were parties on the 9th floor that lasted until like 2 AM in the morning. Luckily, I brought my earbuds with me to drown out the noise at night.

This hotel has an awesome location for a stay to explore Miraflores. It's around the corner from Kennedy Park on a parallel street and near a bunch of nice bars and restaurants. The two story Wong grocery store is at the end of the block if you need to pick up anything. The reception area is sleek and looks high end. The rooms are well appointed and spotless. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast has a lot of fresh foods with both cold and hot options and in a very nice dining room. I've stayed at this hotel twice now to start two long trips to Peru, and each time I made sure to stop for a couple of nights on the way back home.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was fabulous. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge range of options, and the best scrambled eggs I think I've had in a hotel!

We booked this hotel for the gym facilities, but were disappointed with the condition of the equipment. Both treadmills kept cutting out, which felt dangerous, and the batteries in the screens of the cross trainers had run out. It's a shame as we were really looking forward to using the gym, and it felt like an unloved space in an otherwise great hotel.

Paola, with whom I booked my reservation, was absolutely wonderful. We stayed five nights before our Gate 1 trip and five nights after our Gate 1 tour. Paola, the food and bar manager (his name slips my mind), and Juan in the restaurant are truly assets to this hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal for a tourist wanting to stay in Miraflores. Close to the Inca Market, Kennedy Park, restaurants, etc. Without a doubt we will stay in this hotel when returning to Lima.

Amazing hotel, great value for money, the beds are huge and comfortable, bath is great, room is big, staff is very nice, location is great, room cleaning service is fantastic, breakfast is great. Don’t go to the roof and pool, weather was bad anyway, sky were gray and it was not appealing, so can’t rate that.

I was expecting a coffee machine for breakfast but it’s not included (instant coffee only). But you can pay 10/S for a barista coffee, so it’s possible.

I loved everything but as a Caribbean woman I felt like the rooftop bar should have been operational with music playing, doesn’t have to be loud but it could help create a vibe, maybe it was the Time I was there which is in September and it was cold out idk but everything was 100

The fact that the rooftop bar was just there existing but like I said it could be because I was there in winter

Lovely hotel! Rooms were really luxurious and comfortable - mini bar, iron, lovely fluffy towels all available in the room. We got a complementary Pisco Sour on arrival which was lovely. Staff were excellent. We booked airport taxis through the hotel too and everything ran so smoothly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The pool area was very quiet so there was no facilities like towels or terrace bar.

A very comprehensive breakfast selection. Very good location near Kennedy patrk. Lots of restaurant selections available. The room was spacious and well appointed. Comfoftable bed and pillows. Great AC . Blackout curtains. All in all a very good value.

A couple of the team at the front desk were veryn perfunctory . Nothing really bad , just could have been more welcoming.

Room was spacious, with good sized bathroom and strong shower, bed very comfortable and had an iron and ironing. oard which was handy. The location is excellent: 10 minutes from the Malecon in one direction and Huaca Pucllana in the other.

The one drawback for me was that the fotos made the swimming pool much larger than it really is and I really wanted a pool

Location - it’s near restaurants, tourist spots, banks and laundry. The property is beautiful, inside and outside. Plus Frank was very hospitable, gave helpful information about his city and speaks very good English. His nephew, Diego, was a good tour guide. If ever you need a guide to navigate the different towns and suburbs of Lima, please ask Frank to get Diego to be your guide.
