Far from city center but close to miraflores and barranco

Great room and location close to parque Kennedy, the starting point of many tours/transfers in Miraflores. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they offered to pack our breakfast when we told them we have an early flight.

When we got into the room, we found a couple of small bugs. Thankfully we didn't see any more of them for the rest of our stay. The sink was also leaking a bit but no major issue at all.

This hotel is excellent. The staff is great. The rooms are spacious, cozy, well decorated and very clean. The location is very convenient, either to get access to touristic areas or to get amenities and services. Breakfast is very good either, with tasty local food options.

The surrounding traffic gets a little busy and noisy during the rush hours, but it gets quieter during the night.

The staff was exceptional. We booked two single beds by mistake and they changed them into a big one for us on the first day without any charges. Every single staff member was exceptionally kind, always asking if we needed something. The hotel felt modern and clean, room was very big with a very big shower and the location is amazing, 5 minute walk away from Kennedy Park.

Noise isolation wasn't the best. We could hear occasionally people on the hallway and in the street, but even though our room was facing the main avenue, it was a much lesser annoyance than we thought it would be.

The staff is friendly and professional. They help and assist with whatever you need, also speak decent English and constantly communicate via What's app. Location is great, so close to everything, also breakfast was good, the facilities are all renovated and clean. Breakfast area is nice

Great location in Miraflores. Very new hotel. Good sized bedrooms, large bathroom and great shower. Good breakfast.

The power plugs in the room were terrible: all but one were so loose it was nearly impossible to charge devices and we had to keep rotating the use of the USB charging ports. No full length mirror. Small beds in the triple room. The mini fridge made so much noise we wanted to turn it off. Bathroom amenities were not replaced (we kept having to ask for toilet paper because there weren't any extra rolls available in the room) and also the bathroom would smell weird sometimes. Unfortunately the front desk staff was really unhelpful the first day when I was having trouble getting a cab/uber, which never happened to me in a hotel.

This was a good stay in Miraflores, location was excellent for going to eat, tourist attractions nearby, shopping and just walking around the neighborhood. The room was in great condition and staff were all very nice. Breakfast was ample and mixed. Would stay here again.

Hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were very responsive on WhatsApp and there is even 24 hour security too. A short walk to lots of restaurants and bars.

Clean room, enough space to roam around, and superb location. Near an arts and crafts fair and local restaurants. We were comfortably installed and didn't need anything else.

The shower was awful! Super weak and not nearly enough power. Other than that all good. Staff was friendly, but not the nicest we've met.

The location felt very safe. It's located across from the Inka and Indian markets so it's convenient for souvenir shopping. We were able to walk to Huaca Pucllana from the hotel.

Breakfast starts at 7, and when we had to leave earlier than that, there was only bread and jam available.
